The reason why I gave Food 2 star is BECAUSE WHEN I SAY NO CHEESE it’s for a reason NO CHEESE. Don’t Scrap off the cheese thinking I’m not gonna check my food and WOW there was cheese in there and y'all just TRIED TO REMOVE THE CHEESE thinking that y'all had all the cheese off of the bread or the meat. I am highly lactose intolerant milk, cheese, or any dairy product. I’m going straight to the ER even if I swallow a little tiny piece of cheese, I could have easily and taken that piece of bread or the meat and chewed it up and swallow it, but I didn’t wanna stay in the hospital overnight. This is something that y’all could have prevented. I know y’all try to make your workers work faster to get the food out, but sometimes you just have to make somebody’s food the right way. Cause that could have went left so fast.
Nothing worst than coming home from a really drunk night and ordering junk food … only to get home and your order is not complete with the chicken nuggets and BBQ sauce you ordered!!!!!!!! I ordered a shit ton of food but all I really wanted was the nugggiez…wth! Not ok.
Purchased Apple Pecan Salad today. This is my go to salad every time. This is the first time I have ever received a salad that had browning lettuce and mushy apples. This location leaves a lot to be desired. It is unkempt and not the most pleasant place to eat. It is unfortunate that this is the closest location to me. I guess I’ll have to drive a few additional miles to receive a better experience!
RUDE cashier seemed like I was bothering her. She didn't give or offer my receipt, had to grab it myself from the printer after she walked away. Baconator only had 3 small pieces of bacon that could only be seen by lifting the top bun. Soda machine had something red sprayed inside the drink dispenser area. Table top was sticky. Was over $1 more than another Wendy's location on the same street two days prior. Looks like $10 an hour isn't working out! HORRIBLE! ! !
No customer service experience at all. Front counter employee didn't acknowledge customers. No how may I help u or nothing. Employee just stood there looking like a deer. I would not recommend this Wendy's to nobody. If I want Wendy's I'll just drive to Carencro. That's the best Wendy's I been to so far
Customer SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! cashier ( BLONDE HAIR ) has the nastiest ATTITUDE! It’s been several occasions she’s been rude ! when I do call the store someone always SAY THE MANAGER IS BUSY ! I’ve been more THAN FAIR ! EVERYONE PLS SHARE THIS UNTIL IT GETS TO corporate !
My frosty was given to me completely melted from the machine. The assistant manager was so concerned about charging me $0.33 for extra sauce, the frosty she handed me wasn't important. I was offered a remake of my order, just to get there and they tell me they were out of potatoes and it wasn't their fault. The manager refused to address my concerns upon returning and threw the potatoe away bc it was the last one. A complete disaster, I live about a minute away from here and don't eat here often. Now I'll never ever eat here again. The manager and staff lack basic customer service skills and compliant relations. She was perfectly fine with my food been messed up.
I had a burger that wasn’t made correctly- went in and Ms Dee IMMEDIATELY made it better. Everything else was hot and fresh- if I had any complaints, she definitely made them all go away.
