There was a long black strand of hair found in our ghost pepper ranch sandwich, in the other sandwich, the wrapper had ketchup all over it when the sandwich had no sauce. Whoever is making the food is not changing their gloves. The person taking orders at the drive thru, was rude, didn't follow through with a proper ending, and just all around should not be taking orders. The person taking money at the window needs to put their hair back or wear a wendys cap while at work. All around they were a hot mess today. Whoever is making food needs to put their hair up better. The rest of the food was fine, but i have noticed this wendy's location on Topeka blvd. has more issues then the other locations. We usually try to avoid this location, but we were close by today and decided to go for it. Bad decision on our part.
I was obsessed with a different fast food place for a while but then a friend took me to Wendy's for breakfast and it changed my mind on fast food breakfast. I used to refuse to get it but now I refuse everywhere but Wendy's. I love the shape and texture of the burgers and just overall like the food. My new favorite.
I had the unfortunate luck of going on a day it seemed several people decided not to work. I waited about 45 minutes for my food which sucked but I understand it happens. The new guy was doing his best and the manager was holding everything together as best he could. I was impressed with everyone's teamwork and my food came out hot and good.
Ordered online, baconater (breakfast), soft drink, breakfast potatoes. I Was the only one in drive thru young lady was nice, got a sausage egg & cheese, the pop tastes really bad, the potatoes were great. So next time... potatoes.

Don’t know what’s wrong with this Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The chicken looks odd and wet, not juicy. The chicken meat is very fibrous and is like chewing on the thin rubber bands. What the heck? Gross

Just past 11am and all the food from burgers nuggets and fries seemed like they’ve been sitting around for hours. Dry stale burger patty and bun. Old fries and nuggets. Nothing remotely warm. Service was great though…
