I visited this place during the rush around 6pm last night. Not only was the service fast, the food was FRESH. Great quality, friendly staff and everyone appeared to be working together in unison. Best location on the island!
When I arrived at the establishment, the doors were locked….at 3:45 PM!!! There were two kids waiting outside, I think they ordered food on mobile app, but weren’t allowed in, apparently they have had behavioral issues with afterschool crowds. An employee came to unlock the door and motioned for us to come in, I told him I didn’t think how they were managing their store was ethical and decided to leave and go to McDonalds next door. There has to be a better solution to this issue, management needs to be more creative in their problem solving.

I have been getting a salad with a large burger patty added on for over 6 years at various different Wendy's. Including this particular Wendy's. It normally would cost me between a $1.25 and a $1.50 for just the patty. Now today the manager wants to charge me $7 for a burger so she can put that same Patty on the side with nothing else. I explained that there is a button for the Patty that would make it a side order. She still insisted that they are not going to press that button anymore and proceeded to try to charge me $7. Not even to suggest that I could get a double stack or one with bacon for much less and I could add that to my salad. This will be the last time I attend this Wendy's. Every other location has served me well.
I ordered food on Uber Eats and it was awful. I ordered the biggie bag bacon double meal. The burger was cold and had no bacon, the fries and chicken nuggets were cold and the soda was flat. How dare you serve leftover food, I paid more money for delivery, the tax and the price of the food and I feel that my food should be just as fresh as if I ordered at the restaurant. If ever I'm in the area I will stop in to complain. Money doesn't grow on trees, I wasted mine.
The food is always fresh, even tho its fast food. The staff is nice and professional. The only thing I dislike is when they have all those kids in there being loud and they leave a mess..
Staff super nice, from order to pick up like no more than 5 min.
