Went inside to order because last time I went in drive through i sat there for 5 minutes before even being greeted. There was 1 person in front of me, and not a long line in drive thru. It took 15 minutes to even be greeted. All I wanted was a chocolate frosty and fries. 2nd time in a row I have gone and they don't have chocolate frosty. And the fries were gross. What is happening?
Wish I could do zero. I got a spicy chicken sandwich yesterday and it was 3/4 raw! I was shocked and today I am disgusted and feel sick as I had bitten into raw chicken! No manager was available when I called (of course) but the guy who answered offered me a new sandwich. Really? A new chicken sandwich? I love Wendy’s but I am not sure if I can ever go back. I have felt sick all day!
Every single time I've been here the experience has been awful. The staff is beyond rude, the wait is always ridiculous and often the order is wrong. I wouldn't mind the wait if the staff was at least semi pleasant. I'm not asking for sunshine and rainbows but the snippy attitude the yelling at you because you order something they are out of. Or not telling you their card machine is down until AFTER you waited forever. Ordered and got to the window to pay, then have and attitude with you. This location will not get my business.
The burger was way to small. One dollar for a nugget. You must be ashamed. Or on crack!!
Maybe you thought all patrons of the store are tiny people. This is a total disgrace for the business. Are you trying to go under??? I see why the company was sued for the sz of the burgers ECT. Stupid is, as stupid does...????
Consistently poor customer service, order accuracy is dicey, the people that work here at all times of day would rather be elsewhere and they take out those frustrations on the customers with remarkably snide, disrespectful, impetulant attitudes. Always ask for a receipt, always verify what you're charged, and don't hesitate to call the Wendy's customer service line for this location.
I ordered on the mobile app and still after I came in. It still took 5 minutes to be taken care of.
I understand they were Somewhat busy but the kid at the front counter, happen to say something to somebody about the mobile order is here. This woman responds "I don't care" Which I thought was kinda rude. Everybody says it but I worked in food service for a long time and If you want to say something rude about one of the customers, make sure they don't hear it. Also, never offered me the receipt.
This is not the only time I've had problems here. I refuse to come in in the evening time. I work until 11:30 at night. About 2 minutes away from there. I placed mobile orders before and came to pick them up. And i was Told me that unless it was a DoorDash Order, They couldn't take care of me.So I would have to cancel the order. Really not happy , and might just not come back here again during the day either.
Never coming back. The food was trashed. Service alittle wanky. Went here 2 times. First time, cashier was paying attention to the guy behind me. I was just trying to order. So second time. I went through the drive thru. Pulled up dude snatched my card out my hand didn’t say anything. Handed me this small sad ass sack lunch. Looked at me and said you didn’t get your drink.. “I didn’t get my card either…” handed me my drink then my card.
Positive: he told me to have a nice day. That’s why I rated 2 stars.
3 days in a row I’ve tried to get a Frosty and fries just to be told they are not going to sell either due to them not having any or “being closed” prior to midnight. Mind you it was 10pm. On top of that, they had yelled through the speakers because they were blasting music and employees cursing in the background. Glad the McDonald’s up the road was available to get my child her ice cream. If I could rate less than one star I would.
