I requested a grilled chicken wrap with NO lettuce because their lettuce has a smell and I just don't like wilted lettuce in my food. Well they didn't omit the lettuce I opened up my wrap and had molded lettuce in my wrap. So disappointed and a reason why you should check you food before eating it.
Went thru drive thru. Sticker on their window says 2 for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Ordered 2 sausage egg biscuits and paid and left. Found I recieved two cheese biscuits and returned to Wendy's. Manager had an attitude and refuse to make it right stating that the promotion didn't apply. He argued with me, going against his company's own advertisement. I demanded a refund. This was not a pleasant experience and a giant waste of my time and gas. I will not return!
I absolutely hate coming to this Wendy’s for one the staff is RUDE!!! I order fruit cups and am told
How much of an inconvenience I am to them for ordering it.. If you don’t want to make it don’t have it on the menu then after waiting forever and getting told I am horrible pretty much I get molded strawberries!!! Yes molded guess the staff showed me to never come and order from them again!!!!
Foods good but multiple times we don’t get exactly what we order. Try to get a large chilli they’ll give you a small, missing added ingredients. Earlier today my spouse ordered a pick up order and an employee walked to their car and said “ we know you had 2 drinks but we are out of Powerade” and immediately turned around and left. Guess we’re giving out free money.
We had great start to our day with the 2 for 3 breakfast,you pick from sandwichs,fried potatoes and coffee. Mix and match as many items as you want. A really good deal too get your day off to a great start.
I ordered regular chicken nuggets but, I got spicy ???? Overall good though

Took an unusually long time to get our "fresh meat", as the employee stated...and the fries must've been the bottom of the pan... would definitely go to a different Wendy's next time...
Here is what a small chili looks like at this Wendy’s. Shameful.
Ordered breakfast this morning at 10:40 for delivery 1/10/2021. Was missing one whole egg, cheese and bacon biscuit. The other egg and cheese bacon biscuit had only one small piece of bacon. Which I wouldn't even count it as a whole piece. No cheese on a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. None of the dipping sauces were with the order. Food looked to be tossed together sloppy and was hardly Luke warm when we got it from the delivery driver. Will not be ordering or dinning at this location. I'll take my money on up to the route 60 Wendy's. Never had any issues there. Also this was our only second time trying the new breakfast menu and it's very disappointing that your employees are so lazy and I'm sure management isn't no better.. worst experience I've ever had.. thanks for the slop in a wrapper.
