So me and my mother pulled up about 20 mins ago to get two biggie bags when we got to the window the drive thru lady was very rude && impatient and we felt rushed when she asked for pay met via apple pay she held our phone hostage before giving it back along with the food . then after all of the trouble we went through with that i asked for ghost pepper ranch and she charged me !!!! but i already asked for sauce included with my meal that i never got and to put the icing on the cake our food was served cold ,dry , && not edible and we had to get back to work
First let me say when I ordered in the drive thru, a manager took my order. I made very clear that I’d like to have fresh fries and nuggets. Well the young lady that gave me my food told me my nuggets were cold. I’m like I asked for fresh nuggets. She took them back and said it’ll eve four minutes, came back in one and said some had just came up. Ok cool! Just to get home and the fries had been dropped again and were hard(not edible), and the bread on my burger was so hard as if it had been sitting under the warmer for some time. It’s always an issue going here on night shift.
I came during lunch time around 1 was in and out . The Apple Pecan salad was good minus the blue cheese crumbles.
Please close this place. I pull up and 4-5 staff members are laughing and having a good time at the drive through register…meanwhile the girl at the register is so focuses on the good ole time they’re having, so she forgets to hand me drinks sauces ????.
Close it down! Stop taking peoples hard earned money for foolishness.
The estimated wait time here here for me has averaged over 30 minutes. Even with online orders that were already past the ready time before i arrive. I gave this location several chances over a span of 6 months, and it disappointed every time. If not for my daughter requesting, I would avoid entirely going forward, especially ordering online its, its even worse than in person. I would go in the evenings. For you to get your food in a timely fashion seems next to impossible. The staff, including the manager, move around like they have better things to do than their job. Talking, laughing, and joking.. Checking cell phones.. Standing and walking around.. I had an issue with this one guy on 3 separate visits with my order. He literally grabs the wrong items every time despite taking my order and checking to see what it is.
I visited the Wendy’s on Mount Holly Huntersville on August 5, 2024, went through the drive thru as always and the customer service SUCKS AS ALWAYS!!! Customer service at that Wendy’s NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!! I went there a little after 5 pm, and the young African American female who’s usually at the drive thru needs to either be FIRED or trained in customer service! She also seems to be very unhappy working there. Guess what people?! If you don’t like your job or can’t provide good customer service, then QUIT! First of all, she thought I ordered spicy Asiago chicken, handed me an orange drink instead of the sweet tea I ordered, and then forgot to give me the rest of my order, which was the 4 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce! By the way, like the rest of the reviews for this Wendy’s, drive thru is the worst!!! Everyone working in that location to include the manager on duty either need to be retrained or FIRED!!!
This place has the worst service of any fast food restaurant. The only reason I go here is because it is the only Wendy's in 15 square miles. They don't greet you, slow service when there's no one ahead of you. They always forget to add the sauces or straws, napkins or a food item so double check your bags and no even a thank you.
I understand reading is a challenge for some people. PSA pick your food up yourself because if you order delivery you will end up coming tp the store anyways for the correct items. Lmao.
