Food was good. They only had one flavor of frosty at the moment.
I've attempted to eat at this Wendy's three times this week. The first time the store was closed at 9:30am, the second time I was able to get my food after 45 minutes of waiting, the third time I was told they only had two items left on their menu to make at 10am because they were preparing lunch an hour early. Three strikes and I'm done with this location. I gave atmosphere a rating because it fooled me into believing it was a Wendy's
9:15 pm ,September 11,2024, Got in Drive thur line behind 3 cars, one left guess they couldn't wait. Got ready to place my order only to hear that they was only taking cash after waiting in the line for over 15 minutes , I place my order then had to wait at the pay/pickup window another 15 minutes or more, to get 4 dollars back in quarters, cold burnt grease fries and 1 straw for 2 drinks , and not even sorry for your wait .Might need to close this Wendy's until you can offer better service.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Waited over 5 minutes before I could even order. Azarhia was the rudest employee I have encounter at a customer service position in years. She complained about what she had to do which included cleaning the bathroom before 10pm and it was 7:45 which is ample time to do her side work, complained about her coworkers before I could even order even though I was very polite. She also never washed her hands coming from the bathroom. Had a constant attitude while I ordered, telling me I couldn’t upgrade my fries on a biggie bag when you can. When she found the button for it, there was no apology, just an “oh”. Didn’t even take my order right and when I pointed that out, she had an attitude about that too. She was rude to every door dash driver, or pick order that came in. The burger I got had clearly been sitting there for 30 minutes or more because of how dry and awful it looked. The nuggets were missing half the batter on the back of them. By far the worst experience I’ve had at Wendy’s in my life. She should honestly be fired for what a terrible attitude and customer service she provided. I would never have her in one of my restaurants.
Absolutely disgusting in there. Floors are always greasy, people are rude and will watch you stand there without Taki g your order, mold on ceiling, tables never cleaned. Watched roaches run across the floor.. 10/10 do not recommend even working for them as the regional manager thinks it's appropriate to yell at people in the parking lot and leave her employees locked outside the building then be mad at them for not clocking in on time
I have been sitting in the drive thru lane for the last 20 minutes. The car ahead of me left. This is the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to.This is my last time visiting. Really not worth the 1 star rating,should just close up
It is incredibly slow. They do one car at a time. One car will order, pay and get their food and then they will take the next order. I got here at 6:40 pm with 3 cars infront of me and im still in line 15 minutes later with 1 car still in front of me. Like hurrrryyyyy uppppp.
Absolutely horrible experience! Waited 40 minutes to have order taken inside. Food was wrong. People were rude and obnoxiously slow. Food was cold and gross. Made a huge stink when I told them the food was incorrect and wouldn’t even fix the order and give us the correct thing. Do not go here management clearly sucks based off how they operate. Employees suck as well. No gloves worn either. Scratching head then touching food. Definitely could do better. Go to another fast food restaurant. Wendy's isn’t where its at! If I could give zero stars I would!
