The employees were friendly and fast, the restaurant appeared clean. But I got a Cobb salad and I think they used fresh lettuce with old toppings. The chicken was extremely hard and the tomatoes were mush. There was a piece of super old nasty lettuce stuck to one of the pieces of hard, dry chicken which is what makes me think they reused the chicken. But most of the lettuce was beautiful and fresh looking. I didn’t want to get food poisoning so I didn’t eat my $9 salad which is annoying…
The fries and chicken nuggets I snacked on were delicious as usual though!! Just won’t be getting salads here anymore.
We eat here a couple of times a week. I used to get the the grilled chicken but now they don't have it. My grandson likes Spicy chicken. To much lettuce on the salad but I prefer the extras. Tonight I tried the new chicken pieces; 4 flavors but I chose the garlic pram. Pretty good.
Madi took my order when I went in for carry out, she acted like it was the biggest problem when I just came up to order like she didn’t sign up for the job? While ordering she stopped to stare at me for no reason then had to repetitively ask me what I was ordering after I told her multiple times. She then forgot my cups and then got mad when I asked for them. I’m not sure how she keeps working as a front liner, I have had my order taken by her multiple times and have always had the same negative horrible result. I hope she treats customers better. Anytime any other employee takes my order the service is 100% better.
The manager reached out to get our frosty situation fixed and offer replacements. It's our favorite fast food place for ice cream, nothing beats a Frosty!
I think this is my first review of a fast food restaurant and the Wendy’s brand is probably my least favorite as for customer service. But this one stands out as one of the best fast food restaurants I have ever eaten at. They all work as a well oiled machine and always friendly and helpful and never a wait for food. I always see the manager or supervisor helping or filling in where ever he is needed which is rare in leadership today. I do not know anyone in hear nor am I bias to them for anything extra they have done for me but just wanted to let them all know how well they do as a team, and if someone reads that has has the power, they all deserve a raise! What I see in this place time and time again is so rare, but keep it up. It’s much appreciated!
Really? I pay for my food, so why did I get a pauper's portion of fries?
Consistently good food makes it the exception in fast food. Their shake machine works and the new orangecicle frosty is refreshing. It's nice to have an order done right without any time lag. Fast food fast and delicious.
The first impression of this Wendy's interior was good. It looked nice and new. The longer we stayed though, the worse I saw. The dining room was a mess. Most of the tables weren't wiped. There was trash on the floor. The 30 minutes or so we were there no one came out to actively clean. The restrooms also needed attention. The food was on par for Wendy's though. The staff wasn't exceptional or terrible. I would probably recommend this one for drive thru versus dine in if this is how the interior is usually maintained (or not in this case).
