Ordered a Chicken sandwich with no mayo and chili cheese fries through Uber eats on 9/14/24 at 1:30pm. Got a burger drowning in mayo and a cup of chili instead. Order was completely incorrect and went straight in the trash. Waste of time and money.
Come here now and then for a quick bite. Food is ok but wish it tasted better. Be nice to get more food for my money.
Stop by here to grab breakfast for my son. Everything was going well until we got to the window to pay for the food. The employee asked what we ordered, and I called the order back to them. Then they say you don't have any cash and I said no, I don't, I'll be using my card. (The attitude kicks in with them). They were trying to hold my food because I didn't have cash. Then they say, "Oh well, the car in front of you paid for your food by mistake. Now, how was it a mistake? Are you not paying attention to what you're doing? They kept asking for cash, like they needed money. Once again, I am paying with my card and not cash! The whole time, the bag with the food is sitting there. After going back and forth, they pass the food and drinks. Then have the audacity to say well you better bless somebody today, since someone just paid for your food. I said, "Excuse you, that's not how you talk to the customer, and I don't need you to tell me to bless someone, especially after I just did." I will not go back to this location again while I'm visiting my family on thst side of town.
Food was good, not old, but I waited more than 20 minutes. I ordered online, and they were fulfilling walk in orders that came in after me. I finally got my food after another online order customer spoke up.
The front cashier is unfriendly and doesn’t seem to care about his job nor the customer service. The particular place was fantastic five years ago. I think maybe they changed management and everything just went to crud. The burgers are not hot and the fries are stale. The restroom is very stinky! It’s like Wendy doesn’t care anymore. If Dave was still alive he would be so ashamed of what you ppl did to his restaurant!
Waited in drive up for 23 minutes with 2 cars ahead. Most cars just turned off their engines. This isn't the 1st time! They apparently need some management directions in order to run smoother.
Came here to get the Krabby patty meal and she didn't give me the small frosty that comes with it. Said something about the combo I said the meal she should have asked if I wanted the small frosty or not. She said she substituted for the drink that I didn't kno comes with it. Wendys has to be more clear cause I wanted to try the frosty. And I waited in line for a very long time just to not get the frosty.
After standing as the only person in front of the counter for 5 minutes and having the manager look at me 3 times without acknowledging my presence. I made her aware that she looked at me 3 times with no acknowledgement. I wished her a good day and drove to Burger King 1.1 miles away. 8
