Not only was the entirety of my order incorrect but I had split the chicken sandwhich I did receive and when I took a bite I realized it was completely raw on one side. The other half was also slightly pink but less noticeable but Jesus Christ it’s was bright pink! How no one could have temperature checked a chicken item is beyond me. If I had to guess, they pulled a frozen cutlet straight out the deep freezer dropped it into the fryer for two minutes and slapped it on a bun. I work in food service and this is literally the biggest way to make someone extremely sick. I had to make myself throw up right after I ate to limit the chances of food poisoning but I don’t think I’ll be able avoid it at this point. Im reporting straight to corporate, because at this rate they will kill someone.
Well me and my husband decided to go to Wendy's to have dinner last night and the one positive thing I do have to say is I asked for fresh Fry's after the food was already ready. And one of the guys that was working behind the counter shout out to him because he's like oh no let me drop you a fresh batch so I definitely have to give them five stars and it doesn't ask if it was clean but it was pretty clean in there and they were nice good attitudes
What in the hell is wrong with you? Not kidding, incompetent, under staffed, untrained and uncaring staff. Drive thru? Is closed, sir???? Park/Walk inside only customer in the store.. stand at the register and completely ignored by the mngr Princess, who told me to come inside. Pink hair? Standing off to the side, nose in her phone. 8 employees wandering around. No one bothered to address me till I insisted the mngr ( probably?) looked my way. Then asked pink hair to take my order. Literally 6-7 min standing there, now pink hair took my order and another that walked in. Food placed on the counter. No announcement, so why even ask my damn name? At the order. Had I not been in a hurry, I would not have noticed. At least the BBQ sauce requested was in the bag... Bacon cheese burger is ice cold
Fries were room temp greasy, chicken nuggets rock hard. Local Tampa Wendy's has close 5-6 locations, because the customers are feed up with this treatment. This location should be next. STOP PRETENDING TO BE IN BUSINESS. Either get in the ball or turn off the lights and stop annoying people. The Chinese thing is no longer an excuse. I'll not return.
On our way to our friend's place, my wife was hungry, so we decided to quickly stop at Wendy's drive-through. We ordered Chicken Nuggets, and within no time, our order was delivered to us in the next window. The nuggets were hot and tasty, and they satisfied my wife's hunger and craving.
Came here with my family to get a quick bite to eat. Once we got in there, there was no greeting. No one was really paying attention to me, so I can order. There was a guy there he was pretty cool but the rest of the front staff including the manager, was not. Manager seemed to have an attitude and when she had my order, she basically almost threw it at me. When my friend ordered she experienced the same. I wouldn't recommend coming here. The food was good.
I ordered a #1 breakfast meal and got home and there was no honey butter, no bacon AT ALL on my sandwich. I paid almost $9 for a plain chicken breakfast sandwich meal? So i tried to call and of course no one answered the phone. This location is NEVER BUSY but if you dont want to answer the phone, ill go ahead and call corporate.
I tried to call but it says the mailbox isn’t full but I literally just left the drive through and got home and I ordered a 5$ biggie bag with 2 extra 4 piece and 2 extra fries at least 5 of those nuggets aren’t cooked fully through I wouldn’t of cared but those were for 2 2 years olds
I usually eat here often and always had hot food. But today I was disappointed. The customer service from all staff was outstanding. Except for the grill cook kept looking at me. Because I kept looking at my burger. I was gone talk too the manager before I posted this. I am a lead cook supervisor. I KNOW FOOD; I just dumped it all and left. Damn what A waste of money and I'm still hungry.
