I have only been to this Wendy's twice. The first time they gave me someone else order, not to mention it was not very good. The second time they got the order right but the fries were very stale tasting and the burger quality was also nit great. It is important to not that the last time was after work and there were 5 cars in front of me and it took almost a half hour to get to the window. I was not very happy.
Every table and floor dirty both of us shorted a nugget . My bacon double stack was warm at best and had a half piece of bacon on it...took forever to get our food. .it was the worst Wendy experience ever
Cold stale fries and the third time of not receiving the 4 pc nugget. Also didn’t receive two of the different sauces that were requested…. AGAIN didn’t receive any sauce.
It's been awhile since we have visited, but we ordered Doordash! The food was delivered in a timely manner and all of the order was correct and fresh. We had to try the Pumpkin Spice Frosty! Very flavorful! Love the Biggie Deals! Great job guys, keep it up! :)
Food was great as usual. The drive thru was friendly and with a smile. Can't comment on the atmosphere I didn't go in
Burned chicken so dark and hard on my order of parm Caesar salad, tried calling for about an hour but they don’t answer the phone! Frustrating! Macomb IL Wendy’s is the pits! And the cook turned the chicken over so you didn’t see the burned part, flavor was disgusting!
Wendy's use to be my favorite fast-food place to eat. Unfortunately, the last few times we have eaten there, the food has been cold. Nothing worse than a cold burger and fries. We went last night and once again had cold burgers. We don't have this problem with the Wendy's in Burlington, IA. even when they are swamped. You can do better Macomb!
Zero stars. The nasty girl at the cash register is tweaking and chewing on her fingers while she takes your order. Fingers all up in her mouth trying to hand you change. Then turns and with no gloves, starts getting my food. I told her forget it if she can't keep her fingers out of her mouth then she isn't making my food! Manager looks like special needs. Dont stop here, go to McDonalds one block over
