First of all , I understand our fast food places being understaffed and a lot of times there just isn't enough good workers who know how to work in this field and that are willing to train new comers to do things the right way , for whatever position they hold . But today , was beyond that. First of all the guy taking my order was obviously very new ,too new to not have anybody around to help him ,then after he finally got the order correctly on the screen we waited for our food ..to tell you my food was a waste of money is a fair statement . The guy wasn't professional when speaking to us but not because he was just being rude ,it almost seemed he just was nervous and didnt know how else to be . I didn't see anybody else at the store with him so he seemed to be new and poorly if he has had any training and alone trying to run the store .. here's a picture of my wasted money .
Got the family pack of sauce nuggets. Taste like plain nuggets. When asked to get more sauce was had to pay for it. Why pay for something that was supposed to be SAUCY!
I had ordered a chocolate chip cookie, but the cashier mentioned to hold on to see if the cookies were ready,. all she said was okay, that was it so, I don't understand that kind of language at a restaurant. But anyway, this is not funny at all it made my stomach hurt they put the cookie dough into the cookie package and smashed it down to make it look like a cookie and you can tell they did that,and it fell apart when I ate a piece of it. It was straight doughy, the cookie dough that they didn't even cook. So sad. I pay money for a baked cookie.. So to the people who are working at Wendy's make sure the cookies are done before you served it to customers. The picture shows how it looks when I take it out of the package. This happened today.
Every time I go to this Wendy’s, I have a bad experience. Sometimes I wonder why I still go here but it’s next to my house. They told me to move up when all I ordered was a frosty and I’m watching 10 cars go through the drive-through lane getting way more than just a frosty. And I’ve been here for at least 15 minutes sitting here by the door where they told me to park waiting for a frosty. If something was wrong with the machine, they could’ve just told me that.
Didn't get service, so there are no stars for ignoring us standing at the counter. Nobody said hi or be be with you in a moment. Too busy focusing on drive thru and door dash orders
Food cold and burger blackened from heat lamp, bun stale and dry and cold, long wait with no one in service line in front of me… and dinning room empty.. manage rude and refused to add to my order with no one in service line behind me.. this is same manager I waited in drive thru line for 12 minutes with no one in line at the Nolan’s rd Wendy’s also rude at that time with apologies for wait.. they cook one order at a time and do not start preparing your order until you at window and pay first..
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. Staff came in and bothered me as I used the restroom, then as I came to the counter to order, the kid working began to call me and my boyfriend names and used racial slurs at us as the manager watched. I was completely flabbergasted and disgusted. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Horrible. Two orders of large fries, 18 minutes of waiting while our frosty's turned to chocolate milk.
Edit: risked another visit to give them a chance.
Saucy nuggs: cold
Bacon burger: cold
Dr pepper was cold so that is a plus.
