When this Wendy's location first opened, it had the best customer service. Staff literally had food bagged and hanging out of the drive through window to get it to you quickly. This place sadly continues to deteriorate in regard to customer service. We have a family of 7 and go there often, but will not spend another dime of our money at this location, until things improve. It wasn't the 20 minute wait in the drive-thru, but the nasty attitude of the individual working the window. I asked if they were hiring and if they were short staffed and the "lady" working the window hatefully responded and you could see the attitude in her face. I only asked, because I thought my son might apply there. He certainly has better customer service skills than a lot of younger people these days. I feel sorry for the manager, because she has always exhibited good work ethic and seemed to care about the place, but probably has little control anymore of the staffing situation. I'm so disappointed in this location and will be taking our money elsewhere, because they have truly lost sight of excellent customer service. Wendy's, you all are going to have to do better. This is terrible for business.
Visited this evening. Waited forever in the drive thru while about 4 employees were trying to figure out how to log in to the computer. After about 10 mins, I finally was able to pay. Moved to the next window to get my food. The girl was so rude. My fries were not cooked thoroughly so I had to go into the store to get new ones which weren’t the greatest either. If I could give zero stars I would.
I will never go back. Terrible food and awful customer service! They need some new management and train the employees better.
My first experience with this Wendy at this location was great. I can say I was thrilled with this night shift team. They were all professional with friendly attitude. I was tire and hungry as I walked in but before I finished my food ( chicken Asiago club sandwich) my energy was back. In fact team made my evening with some positive energy and high morale , if you ask me they are all motivated and enthusiastic about their job. However “Tatiana” stood out for me as an excellent customer service personality. I wish can Go eat go eat there every evening.
I have not been to Wendy's in over two years, but I decided to go tonight. I ordered three Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger biggie bags and a large chili. That was the nastiest food I've ever ate. The burgers were cold, the meat was less than a cm thick, the bacon was old and hard, the nuggets were cold and tasted old, the lettuce tasted slimy - and the list goes on. The quality was horrible, and the quantity was absurd for the price. They didn't give me my third biggie bag to top it all off. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting, and I will not return.
Always great service at the Ridgeway Wendy's but today I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a sandwich with a chicken STRIP on it. Had to add lettuce and tomato when I got home. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Our meal was 27.00. Definitely not worth what I got. Wa s too disappointed to recommend any food today. It was also hard. Mostly what I got was a bun. Wish I would have taken a picture but was so disappointed I didn't think about it.
The new Krabby Party meal is really good ! Service was good , but computers were down . Manager explained to the customers why the service was slower than usual
Horrible. This place has really gotten bad. Twenty minutes to get a biscuit after waiting over five minutes just to place my order. The "manager" looked to be maybe sixteen and didn't give a crap. Whoever owns this place really should clean house.
This is my bedrock place! Number 6 please! Spicy Chicken sandwich, kick up the size, with a big juicy Lemonade ????. Now we are rocking. What can I except SUPER! Great atmosphere, customer service was fantastic, bathroom clean. floors clean, patrons with smiles, Associates smiling in the back which explains why the up front team was serving. That being sad, it translate that I am getting a good prepared meal that they were proud to serve. Hot French fries ????, a well put together chicken sandwich, Down the hatch it goes! Yummy! We stopped at two franchises and each followed a well oiled establishment. Red n White ♥️ logo, with team welcoming you in. Great! No you know the deal, it's time to remember to be kind, give someone a hug, and tell them you love them. Too many lives are cut short, or loss, and I can not help but wonder if the were told that day, that they were loved. God loves you so pay it forward and let someone know.
