I ordered food didn’t get all I ordered and it was suppose to be two Jr bacon cheeseburger only got one and the one I got didn’t have the hamburger on it wants a Jr bacon cheeseburger without the hamburger. I will never ordered from Wendy’s again
I wanted to drive-thru order but the cars were wrapped around the building so I went inside.
One lady was ordering and 3 were waiting for their orders. When the lady finished her order the gentleman(I use this term loosely) asked for my order : 2 chilis 1fry and a 4 piece nuggets.
The lady that just placed her order told him she didnt get all her change to which he replied "its all there" she and I found a dime on the counter but she was still missing more...he ignored. There were 3 others waiting to place orders but he stopped to put the orders together (there were at least 4 others working, focused on the drive-thru)
First order he handed off came back because they had put cheese on his burger (he was told he didnt say no cheese and he would have to wait) next order he handed off because he had ordered doubles and received singles...he angrily through them in the trash and got the doubles for the customer. Next order was door dash (I can only imagine what they got!)
When my order was filled, I watched him bag it without the fries, I asked about the fries and he told me I didn't order fries...I checked the receipt and he hadnt charged me. I asked if I could get fries and he angrily replied he couldnt just give me fries and I would have to wait....I left.
Some people should not be working with the public, I know it is a tough job to work fast food, but you need to try a little harder to act like you are a member of the human race!
I've never witnessed someone with such a horrible attitude continue to blame everyone but himself for the many mistakes made.

Customer service is nonexistent, my husband drives truck so doing the mobile orders for him is convenient. This particular location decided to lock the dining room doors early so he had to walk all the way around to the drive thru window just for the girl that was at the window to just stare at him. When she finally decided to open the window she had a nasty attitude . He told her what she needed then she slammed the window in his face. Someone else had to come assist him because she refused to open the window. Not to mention my fries were old and the burger patty was as well.
I came to this location to pick up a delivery and when I got there I very politely asked a question to the lady working that was at the and she ignored me completely for 5 minutes until an other lady brought the food to the counter and yelled out in anger “here is you damn delivery” and slammed the bag and drink in the counter! There were about 10 people at the front that was so upset and several left! This Selma NC is no place to take your children or family for a nice meal!
This Wendy's is awful. The women that work there have terrible attitudes. They are especially rude at the drive through. When you get to the window they don't speak they just stick out their hand for your payment then shove a bag in your face. Once I asked for a Pepsi, the girl at the register handed me a frosted, When I pointed it out that it was not what I ordered she yelled,"On God I swear that's what you ordered!" Then just stared at me. So I just left the drink there and left. Today I started ordering and the lady said just a moment. I started saying something to my passenger and the lady yelled at me saying" I said just a moment!" I tried to call and complain but they don't answer their phone. The only person that has ever been polite was a young man that works there. Other than that they have terrible customer service!
The drive thru is always blocked off after 9 so you can't order food but they're open until 1am?? How? Why are you open if you're not open?? Also the workers get your order wrong almost every time and they are so rude to the customers. You'd think you'd be as nice and accommodating as possible to the customers because they are how you get paid!!
Been craving a frosty. Ordered one chocolate and one vanilla. Got two chocolate in drive through. Had to go inside only to be given another chocolate. Finally got my vanilla but the fry’s were under cooked. Gave up. Brought food home for the dogs.
UPDATE!!! 12/5/21 Wanted to try Wendy’s “ guaranteed crispy fries” well, they were not. They were warm but not fresh and crispy. Same old fry’s. Ordered 2 singles with cheese, 1 large fry and large coke. Cost almost $16.00 I know people want to make more than a small minimum wage. But fast food jobs are usually for part-time jobs for kids in school or retirees for some extra money. I don’t think they were intended as a “career”. We had two meal combos in McDonald’s the other day price tag $20
We can sit down in a small local mom and pop dinner served food by a waitress for less than that plus tip. I’m not gonna be that kind of money for warmed over food handed to me in a bag through a window.
Really don’t know how fast food places are going to stay in business and people like us realize we can eat healthier for less and not have to sit in our cars to do it. Yes I guess we could I went back in and asked for fresh fries as a guarantee states. But we all know what happens to people food when you send it back. You usually get some sort of unwanted special surprise lol.
Slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been too, and they got my order wrong. When I walked in the girl said I can order if we have patience then took 20 min for 1 burger. Will never go back. Worst service.
