I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s location. After eating a hamburger and fries, my stomach started hurting, and I’ve been throwing up ever since. The fries tasted a bit off, but I was so hungry that I finished everything anyway, and now I regret it. It’s only been about three hours since I ate, and I feel so sick. I don’t recommend this food anymore, especially at this location. They really need to check the quality of their food more closely.
ive been to almost every wendy's within 50 miles of DC and this one uses fresh ingredients. my breakfast baconator slapped so hard, and other wendy's locations should take note
The person at the counter was friendly but the food was.....not.... good. It was 6pm. The French fries were barely warm and seemed like they had been sitting since lunch. The chicken nuggets were the same. This was our 2nd visit there. Probably our last. One star is too much credit.
I went to this Wendy's this morning or October 3rd 2024 the cashier takes your money and she does your food she does not wash her hands when you ask her to wash her hand she rinses them and then proceeds to touch your food without drawing her hands very discussion
I like coming to this Wendy's because it is well managed, it has good deals, great food, and it has friendly workers.
Typically the food we get is ok, but the wait times for food (even when ordering in the app) is ridiculous. They are always out of some food, and the drive through frequently takes 10 minutes or more. I really like their chili or I’d not come back.
Staff here needs proper management and training. Ordered a sandwich and the person taking the order was shocked when I asked for chicken instead of beef, like it’s the first he was hearing an order like that. When I got the sandwich it was missing ingredients. When I asked about the missing ingredient. The kid serving the sandwich was quick to respond that’s how it should be. But after I insisted it was missing ingredient, he checked in the back and they told him they don’t have that ingredient. So they served me a sandwich that was missing stuff and proceeded to tell me he doesn’t make the sandwich he just works. Very unprofessional staff.
Maybe the worst fast-food experience ever. And that is being generous. They made us wait in side lot for drive-thru for a fresh pretzel roll that ended up being burnt to the crisp. Meanwhile my wife's Burger was absolutely Frozen.
