Drive thru; Orders were wrong, careless attitudes, had to turn around and go back into the store and fix my own drink , no one at the counter to talk to. They never heard of daves orange cream soda. How does this place stay in business is a mystery. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
Sitting in wendys eating my food and writing this review now. The food is good and came out fast as usual. The problem I have is the inside dining area. The drink machine is out of 70 percent of options. But the biggest issue is, The floor seems to have been mopped with grease. I could run and slide across the restaurant right now and the floor isn't even wet. Multiple employees have been informed of it and nothing has changed or done to try and fix it. There is only 1 caution wet floor sign up front when there should be like 10 of them. This is an accident waiting to happen.
I’ve never encountered such rude staff at any restaurant. I stopped by the other night and asked for a moment to get my order together, but the employee snapped, 'No, we close in one second,' even though they still had over 30 minutes until closing. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. On another visit, there was confusion over whether I ordered a Frosty or fries. I couldn’t understand the person taking my order, and when I politely explained this, another employee jumped on and yelled at me, despite me repeating multiple times that I wanted a small chocolate Frosty. If you want attitude this is the place for you.
I don’t know how this Wendy’s doesn’t have higher ratings. Maybe because it’s fast food so people just find things to complain about, but this is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. I go here almost everyday for my lunch break and the line moves super fast, my order is always right, and the food is literally always hot and fresh. On top of that they literally stay packed. At lunch the line will be put to the main road a lot of times and they’re still quick and food always good.
This is a pretty busy and decent Wendy's the order is always correct and the food is fresh. My only complaint would be that every time I go here the soft drinks are bitter tasting like the syrup is running out
7:30 am June 23rd I wanted a simple breakfast for the road and unfortunately had to pull away. Never will ever allow a rude employee serve me anything. The lady in drive thru is sour!!!! Her appearance is disheveled and her attitude matches. Ya know what I thought, a person as sour as her could never make me feel secured that I’m getting safe and edible food.
Very good chili here , the customer service here is so so… I’ve been here at times and received the wrong size drinks n they didn’t fix the problem, but then again I have been there and the manager greeted me and even went and got me sauces. Overall a good spot tho.
Fast drive thru service, friendly staff, and fresh ingredients on the apple pecan salad with grilled chicken. They allow you to customize their premade salads by adding extra toppings such as avocado.
