Well, initially, I had to wait because the cashier needed to help with the drive thru because it was busy, but I didn't mind she was really nice about it. I came with my oldest set of twins and my son wanted a crabby patty and they didn't have that special anymore but I silently asked her to say yes and she did ( he thinks ketchup and mayo is the special sauce) so that helped avoid a meltdown. She gave them their toys from the kids' meal first, so they played while our food was prepared. Our food was good and loved the caramel frosty. Will definitely eat at this location more often
Absolutely the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Came through the drive thru around 1100 Friday night, about 5 cars ahead of us in line. Took 20 minutes to move two car lengths and arrive at the intercom to place our order. Was told to by the employee to wait a moment, which turned into another 5 minutes just to find out they were out of the menu items we wanted to order. Ok, ordered something else. Total time to get through the drive thru: 29 minutes:

Went to Wendy's, hoping for a quick meal. I'm not sure what happened in the food prep area. Perhaps they were short-handed? The food came out nice and warm. It took a little while to get our order just as everyone else. The very nice gentleman behind the counter was doing his best, taking orders and doing food prep. After a while, he had to stop taking dine in orders. Many diners were sad over that. I hope they resolve the issue soon!
Used to get frustrated waiting in line and dealing with rude staff, but as of late the service, speed, and quality of my food has improved immensely. Very happy to spend my money here
Doesn't look like plain with cheese to me but that's what I ordered! Then no spoon for my chili or straw for my drink! Added bonus, woman at the window got rude when I asked for chili sauce and ketchup! Date and time of visit 12/29/2023 at 9pm. (Doordash orders are not prioritized by time but by when they feel in the mood) (Lobby always closed)
Ordered Dave's double with extra cheese was absolutely delicious. The fries however was little cold. My son ordered the krabby patty he said it was really good. My other son ordered the bacon-nater said it was delicious. I'm not a fan of there sodas. I dont like those new machines they come out of the freestyle machines they are just horrible. Nobody does it like McDonald's. The service was good the young man at the counter did a really good job. I love to see the younger generation actually have a little pep in there step. That is really hard to find these days.
I hate to leave such a negative review (no i don’t) because i work in fast food and have for over 6 years and i know how absolutely insufferable customers are, but i guess it’s my turn! but this is an abomination of a store, i was shorted a dollar in change, and that caused a massive problem (really shouldn’t have, simple fix, count the drawer, find the money!), they asked us to pull up while they sorted out the “problem”, we waited 20 minutes after we pulled up, with just drinks, no straws or food, i took a sip of a drink to determine what was mine, because they were not marked, and none of them were my drink, so i walked in while my family was waiting in the car to get my correct drink because clearly they cannot be trusted to, only to find out that they are out of my drink, which would have been fine, i would’ve picked something else, if they had just told me they were out of it, and let’s thank god i don’t have VERY COMMON health condition that could be GREATLY AFFECTED by spikes in their blood sugar, some people order diet soda because they like the taste! others order it so they don’t spike their blood sugar! they could have seriously hurt someone, people might be irritated by hearing you’re out of things, but i promise they’d rather hear that than suffer the consequences of someone else’s incompetence. If you would like to wait about 25 minutes (with a hungry family in the car) to be shorted money, get the wrong drink, and get home with cold food for a family of four because they had to fix their own mistake because of the staffs lack of knowledge of how to count, and inability to get you your order in under half an hour, then be my guest!
We come here often I love their hamburgers and on That aspect they are a 5 BUT they seriously need to make the chicken nuggets made to order. Every single time we come we order spicy nuggets and 9x out of ten they are old and stale. I'll gladly wait ten extra minutes for fresh nuggets. Maybe it's because we don't come during dinner rush, they are probably different than but yeah chicken needs to be made to order here
