Yesterday was the first time in 2 years that I eat at this Wendy’s. The service is 100% better and the food is great now. Took a picture but couldn’t wait to eat so it’s just the aftermath ???? I will be coming back soon
Oh and use the app it’s great
Food is good but staff doesn't help, need more orientation or training in customer service they don't even ask you if you want some addresses for your burgers or neither ask you if you want a single ketchup that makes your eating experience poor
The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and when I was walking out, the manager of 16 years was heading in to sanitize. I ordered my meal and specifically told them no salt on my fries so they would be fresh. When my oder was called, the fries were cold. The manager, having that many years of experience, should know you serve the fries last. They are not the first thing you put on the tray.
I stopped by midday on a Monday and the crew was “in the weeds” with take-out and to-go orders, so it was awhile before any even noticed I was there to take my order. However, the lady behind the counter was kind enough to acknowledge that and upsized my small frosty to a medium, which I appreciated- thanks ????
Service was slow. But the worst thing was my under cook spicy chicken burger. There is no plan in the future for me to go back.
I don’t go to fast food joints very often but when I do Wendy’s is one I like...! The new makeover came out real nice I like how they did it up... great staff the food is good
They have the Lobby closed but they don't have a sign on the door saying to use drive-thru. So when you're picking up an online order you have to use drive-thru and wait in line
First time eating here tried the new breakfast burrito very good
