Total waste of money. Ordered a baked potato from this Wendy’s, and all I got was a dry, sad excuse for food with some chives thrown on top. No sour cream, no butter—nothing but disappointment. Three bucks for a plain potato? I can literally buy a whole bag of potatoes for that much! This place is a ripoff and a joke. If you enjoy paying too much for food that isn’t even prepared right, then by all means, go here. Otherwise, save your money and avoid this place like the plague.
I came in Sunday morning. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. I walked up to the counter and there were two employees sitting together in a booth (at 830 in the morning). I politely told them the bathroom situation. Then I waited. No one came to the front counter. I asked if they could help. Then waited. Then I asked if they could call someone and one said “they’re probably in back”. I left telling them I wasn’t going to give a good review, given the lack of service, without getting food. Seems you need to hire a better morning manager.
THE BEST WENDYS AROUND! Food was literally so hot we had to wait for it to cool down. The staff is always friendly and making us fresh drops is their specialty. Our order is always spot on and perfect. We always stop on our way through town!
This Wendy’s has it DOWN. I have never seen a Wendy’s so busy and yet get me and my husbands food out faster than any other location we have been to. Jason and madi were at the front and were incredible with customers and their customer service was friendly and welcoming while also getting the Job done. Our food of course is wonderful and we received everything we ordered! Super fast service as well as a great customer experience.
The food there was good, but the staff weren't very talkative and it might just be every wendys but there was only 2 sauces for 4 meals. Also only a couple of napkins, but overall I still got the right order so it's not bad.
While my son was visiting the Wendy’s in nephi, he used his card, it went through, he presented proof of the transaction going through. They told him they couldn’t give him his food because somewhere between the counter, they didn’t see the payment. He’d to Wait for it to be refunded. Which Takes one to two days. He is 2 hours from home. Do better Wendy’s
The lobby of this Wendys was closed by 4PM on this day, due to short staffing. The drive thru was open thankfully due to some staff covering the entire place by themselves. We met Tania at the window and she had the prettiest smile and attitude about the whole situation. Nothing was mentioned about the short staffing, until I brought it up. She remained positive about the whole thing and our food was clearly made with love. Everything at this location is ALWAYS on another level. I don't know why all other Wendys can't do what this wendys does. We always stop on our way through town and have never been disappointed due to employees like Tania. Thanks for being open late at night It's much appreciated. And thank you for having people speak English. Another update again. I appreciate so much not having to deal with someone that doesn't speak English. The order is right everything is good Thank you thank you thank you. I wish you guys were located in my area. The only people that are not going to like it here are the ones that speak Spanish and there's so many reasons why.
