So I am writing this because of the customer service given at this restaurant. The counter person Keoughla was great in taking my order. She recommended the grilled chicken wrap which I found was very good. She allowed me to eat my meal then come back to get my chocolate frosty. She was a shining light for the store. The soda/tea/everything machine was really fun. You could select pretty much anything liquid refreshment. The peach tea was fantastic.
Restaurant was clean, food hot, restroom required a code (keeping it only available to customers)
We usually eat at this location about twice a week but after last night no more. I started to call management but figured it's easier to not go back. The food was cold and the drive thru attendant was an asshole and I am no longer a customer.
2nd time this week they have messed up my order. No receipt either time. Had me pull forward to wait for food. The guy who brought it out was vaping up to my car. Guy at the drive thru window was rude and unprofessional, appearance pretty bad. This location has really gone downhill in the last few weeks
My mom just came home from your establishment with cold food, melted frosties and watered down soda!! She ordered her food at 10:15 p.m. and didn't get her food until 10:50 p.m. She just got home at 11:00 and we went back to return the food and get hot food and our drinks remade and you guys were closed. You guys deserve this bad review because of your poor service and your lack of care towards the customer not to mention the poor quality of the food.
Unfortunately, this location has almost Never gotten the order right and is almost always missing something. This time was no exception, and they managed to forget the chicken in the sandwich. I was smart enough to count my items before leaving the drive-through area, but I didn't think to open the sandwiches... Incredibly disappointed, again.
This location gets my order wrong more than it gets it right. They never seem to give sour cream with chili, even if you ask.

Every time we order from here the lettuce is always bad. Please stop offering lettuce if you aren’t going to serve fresh ripe lettuce. It’s so disgusting.
