Wendy’s is lucky to have such an exceptional employee! The guy with the long hair at the register provided outstanding service during my visit, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and positive attitude that made me feel welcome. He was quick to take my order and showed great attention to detail, making sure every part of my meal was prepared exactly as I requested. It’s clear that he genuinely care about providing a great experience for customers, and it made my visit truly enjoyable.
Not only was he efficient and professional, but they also created a friendly and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for my entire day. He was patient and kind, even as the line grew busy, and handled every interaction with grace and enthusiasm. His exceptional service made a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location knowing he is part of the team. Wendy’s should be proud to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee! Five stars all the way.
guy at window with black curly hair helped me immensely. Their scanner wouldn't work but he somehow got the coupon on anyways and made sure the (sometimes incompetent) sandwich makers gave him the right food. If he isnt at the window, your food may be wrong. If he is, do not fret.
We had a terrible experience at this location. The first thing was that they couldn't scan your reward apt without a manager and the 2nd thing was they could not print a receipt. We also noticed a lot of people waiting in the back for their food. One guy was dressed in a suit and had an appointment and he had been waiting half and hour for his food. They finally put his stuff in a bag, and he said he would not be back. He also had bad experience at the Emerson Ave location. I had ordered baked potato and chicken nuggets. They somehow had ran out of potatoes and had to cook one. When I got received it I could not eat it as it was shriveled up and hard as a brick. I finally said give me some fries and he shoveled some out but they were cold and greasy. The staff seem disorganized. Corporate needs to take care of this and all other locations.
Food was all frssh but this place is disgusting! Mold on the kid lid trays. Herion addict and his dog was loitering. Watched him dig out his drugs and go to the bathroom for a very long period of time. ..Very gross and unprofessional. DO BETTER!
This place is always disgusting. And tonight while 5 people are waiting to order and a line wrapped around the building we had to listen to the whole crew huddled in a corner talking about last nights drinking and things they did. There were kids in this line. It took a guy in line hollering at them to make them realize people were waiting and we could hear them. Horrible!
2 stars because Wendy's is generally good but this location needs help, it's dirty, no one knows what they're doing, they clean, run register, and handle food without washing hands, the employees are always unusual characters, you can see their freezer open outside and there's always someone smoking inside of there
Seems like every time I come to this location, they always forget something, the fries are nasty af. It's definitely not hot and fresh as the logo states, if there is was an option to mark no stars I would, a terrible experience that was not worth 7 dollars let alone 23
I've had some odd characters serve me at this Wendys. Often, they forget little things like straws, forks, receipts, or an ordered item. Overall a good place on your lunch break or if you're wanting a good burger. However I don't recommend eating inside as its typically dirty, unwiped tables, drink machine a mess, trash full and bathrooms.… that are unspeakable.
