Went for lunch today. Place was not very busy. Waited a VERY long time for order. (I ordered for here/eat in) turns out somehow my order had been packed for door dash. Lady manager was up front had an attitude when asked how much longer for my food since I seen my name on the screen had changed to ready. Bathrooms was a total mess.
This Wendy’s is horrible! Not clean and will always mess your order up. Reached to corporate two weeks never got a call back from the location, went again tonight because it’s on the way home./: manager entered in the order wrong and when I asked to change it the workers at the window said it can’t be changed or replaced. NEVER AGAIN!
Well, this is my second review in 2 years, 2 years ago had some terrible food out of this particular Wendy's. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting out in the sun for the last 10 hours, so now I thought I'd give them another chance because my daughter wanted a caesar salad. I then also ordered an unsweetened tea and a burger with no tomatoes the Caesar salad is fine but guess what I got? A sweet tea and a burger with tomatoes, I took the tea back before I had even taken a bite out of the burger and got a regular tea then a mile down the road I figured I would just go ahead and eat my burger before I got home, and wouldn't you know it's full of tomatoes. What I don't understand is, can nobody read? Why are they hiring people that are just dumb? I don't understand this at all, how is it that since we've moved down here nobody gets an order right in a Drive-Thru? You end up having to go back through the drive-thru several times or you just get so frustrated you say the hell with it. Please step up your game people because it is very frustrating for the customer that's paying these exorbitant prices for food that you guys can't get right.
This is the first review I have EVER written. Nothing good to be said.....food was not fresh, waited at the register 15 minutes after ordering for the cashier to take payment. No ice or soft drink syrup in machine. Service unpleasant and unhelpful. Have always liked Wendys food although it's never "fast" food. Will definitely NOT be back to this location for anything!
Came here just after midnight. I was the only person in line and wait time wasn't bad but food was. Hot tea (no ice in it which I didn't ordered) cold and stale fries and burger. No napkins either luckily I got a straw in my bag. Really haven't had issues before in this location but this time was really bad.
Today the drive thru line was slow but there weren't that many cars. When we got to the window I understood why or at least part of it. The cashier was more interested in having a conversation with someone inside than doing her job efficiently. The employee wasn't bad, just less than expected. This time the person on the speaker at the drive through was friendly enough, but when we received our order at the window they didn't give us any straws for our drinks.
Ordered a Dave’s double and it came dipped in triple pepper hot sauce which I guess they thought was hilarious. Nobody should pay good money to have their food played with. Hell nobody should pay anything for a burger that looks like this slop pile. Last time I ever order anything here. FAAFO
A grade has to be inaccurate. Multiple employees doing food prep without required head covering. Nearly all choices in drink machine are out, and no ice. Presented cup to manager informing her. She responded, "It's been out of order for days and walked off. When asking specifically for some ice grabbed cup without a word, bringing it back while muttering complaints under her breath. Good candidate for closure . Better reason for going to Hardee's
