Ask for no salt fries and what do you get? double dipped fries. You will not get fresh food here . My wife got old nuggets and my mother got a burger that was like the meat they use for the chili. I am not impressed. I worked for wendy's for 4 years and the level of high standards are no longer there. It is ashame too because you guys were my go to and I've spent alot of money at your establishment, but I will certainly think twice before doing it again. Just to squash the discruntaled worker theory, I left Wendy's on good terms when I was a younger person. When I worked there we served fresh food that Dave himself would of been proud of. The food you served me this evening would make him roll over in his grave. You should all be very ashamed including the management. At the end of the day you trained them.
Went to Wendy's ordered a son of a baconator. It came with one little piece of bacon about an inch long. I went back told him. I ordered the son of a baconator and show them the sandwich. They said it's all the bacon that comes on it. Was not worth the money. Even took a picture of it. To leave on the review but don't know how
The Ozark and Nixa locations are my go-to, mostly for breakfasts. But the Service is spot on. They greeted you, and when they say thank you, it seems as if they meant it. I've never had my food held out of a window as I've had at McDonald's, and my fries/breakfast potatoes are never cold.
Food was hot and tasty. Dining room clean.
BUT three people working with the food had no hair restraints to keep hair from food contact.
Two of the food handlers wore no gloves.
YUCK!
I know, just another Wendy's, but credit is due to this location. Overall, the store was clean and was well air conditioned. The condiments area was kept straight and clean. The coke machine was clean and well stocked. The employees were personable and attended to us in a timely fashion. We come here often and typically use the drive thru, but the dine in was good.
Food and service were great! Employees were very nice! It’s different because it is inside of a truck stop. But we had a good experience and will be back soon! Thank you!

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. I thought the formula was almost impossible to screw up but they did.
"Spicy Asiago Ranch" sandwich - was the worst one I've ever had at any Wendy's. The chicken was barely chicken, overcooked, for some reason they left off the rest of the ingredients. No ranch sauce, no lettuce, no tomato, and the bun was deflated and not toasted, why? I refuse to throw food away so I ate it.
Also, clean your a/c vents/returns they're disgusting. There is black gunk on all of them.
