Folks, they don't come like this too often! Excellent, welcoming service and excellent on accuracy all while being busy in the drive-thru as I was a dine-in. The cashier was quick to welcome me and patient with me as I decided what I wanted. The food was literally being put on the tray moments after ordering and it was all accurate and properly cooked and yummy. As I left the crew/ladies waved me off thanking me, which I made sure to do the same and give the thumbs up!
I'm not one to be flippant or pandering in compliments so, yes, this a legit review. The only reason I gave 4 out 5 for atmosphere was due to some noticeable stains on the counter by the drink machine, a couple ice cubes on the floor (which I forgot to mention walking out). The dining area has nicely appointed Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree. Let's get that tree lit up!???? This is a solid location and I hope it stays that way. Fast food places are usually the complete opposite these days.
Thanks again to the crew (the ladies) for the excellent service. Keep it up even when things get busy or may seem down.
I do love Wendys and have never had a problem, however the last time I had it on 9/8/24, I ate the chicken ranch wrap which I have had before and it tasted fine, but the next morning I woke up throwing up and sitting on the toilet at the same time ALL DAY. I could not move without getting sick nor fall asleep. It was an absolutely awful experience. I will probably go back but will NOT be getting that wrap again.
No ice, soda dispenser choices were very limited popular choices like sprite, etc not working, girl taking orders was rude and not knowledgeable about food choices or frosty tags. Told me I could only use 1 at a time per order. Round Lake always let's me use both tags I paid for, 1 per each child. I don't know what happened to Fox Lake Wendy's. It used to be really good.
Husband came here Saturday April 29th at 1:13am. They close at 2am so not sure why they’d be in a hurry but they didn’t fully cook our chicken sandwiches. They had plenty of time to fully cook our food. You can clearly see by the photo I posted just how raw the chicken was. We’ve been coming here for a while and never had issues until this time so I’ll give them one pass. If you come here please be careful and make sure your food is cooked correctly. The Manager who I spoke to was polite and returned my money, but I hope he takes the time to retrain whoever closed that morning, because this is unacceptable and can make someone very sick.
I usually visit this location later at night. Typically for a jr chocolate frosty for my daughter, and frosty’s for me and my fiance. It seems to be the manager that takes our order later at night. He’s super kind, and patient ! (Sometimes my daughter doesn’t know what she wants) service is always super fast
It's Wendy's. Was better now it's not. I'm back in the states for my family. Food has gone down hill since I left. #6 was amazing now it's. Ughh. Pick it up Wendy's. I craved your sandwich for 2 years. Extremely disappointed. Wendy your dad is not happy. Peace. Love you dave
The employees were really pleasant and helpful. Tried biggie bags and ordered an additional sandwich because we didn't think it would be enough. The Asiago Chicken was more expensive than the entire bag combo. Kind of small for the price, but it was pretty good. I like that they have the soft drink machine that offers many types of drinks that you are able to mix together. I had the orange cream soda.
I got the Biggie bag with a jr. Bacon cheeseburger. It was good and filling, but I swear everywhere I go the burgers have gotten smaller along with the buns !!!
