Is this restaurant chain a joke?? This is the SECOND time you all gave me a undercooked, raw, pink Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. The first time when I went to return it, I stood in line for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and I was the only customer in the store. One employee walked to the front, looked at me, and began sweeping. No acknowledgement, greeting, someone will be right with you, nothing. Finally the Manger on duty walked up and said how can I help you. I explained the situation and she asked if I wanted another burger, she took it and walked off. Didn't ask me if I wanted anything for the inconvenience. As a manager serving customers for 19 years and counting, this is simply unacceptable. This time, I went to a second location and asked for my burger to made well done, what did Wendy's do? They gave me ANOTHER RAW undercooked, pink, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger l. I'll just say this, it takes months to find a loyal customer, and only seconds to loose one.
????????????????????????I must say... The best Wendy's locale here in the Chicagoland area. Situated in Lansing IL. One of Chicago's up and coming south suburbs. Calm atmosphere. Staff were ready and seemed very eager to work. My order was served in a reasonable time fashion. The manager was on-site and had a good handle on the environment. I highly recommend the location, especially if you have late, night cravings. Go Wendy's!
Horrible! Guys if you don't see a line at these old fashioned restaurants anymore it's because they don't listen the food is not the same and or the workers are slow or just dgaf! My food was trash ans I didn't even take a bite I tried calling no answer doesn't even go to the store u get a vm message sad never again! This is before 9 am how u can't get it right and you just opened lol sorry yal can't get my business anymore
Worst Wendy’s ever. Out of pretzel buns…. But charging for them. This was my #8 in the picture. Patties are DRY like the dessert…. Fries have NO salt… like a naked potato … disappointed. Spent 30min in the DRIVE THRU…
Cashier was extremely nasty and rude, she had a disgusting attitude and I’m so disappointed with my experience. The Hispanic lady tonight was rude, slammed the drive through door on me when I asked for the receipt. I called and the manager Nelly told me a fake name about the cashier I dealt with as well as a fake store number and customer service number. When I drove back up there to address my concerns a Johnathan came up and was extremely disrespectful and when I asked for the corporate number he refused to give it to me!!! The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the people here tonight but you NEED to hire people who know how to talk to customers with respect! Stop hiring these kids that don’t know nothing about customer service and how to do their job right!! there’s plenty of people who would take their job and handle the customers with respect
This location is really slow. I have waited in the drive thru 15 minutes plus multiple times. The workers are generally friendly. The prices are very reasonable, which is the only reason I put up with the long waits, but I just had another 15 minute wait and they got my order wrong, forgetting my nuggets.
Sitting here right now in drive through and no one has greeted me. It's a car in front of me that just put hus car in park and you have two employees sitting in the lobby on they phone. The website say you close at 1am so why aren't we getting any service. The whole staff needs to be fired tonight and staffed with people that want to work and service your customers
I know I'm not tripping. I remember double stacks used to be 99 cent and it was a decent sized burger. When did they switch to white castle sized double stacks for 4 bucks??
