The service was perfect. We went in 8 o clock at night with 8 people, they got every order right and the staff members were really friendly. Even said goodbye and HAPPY HALLOWEEN to us. Nice experience after a long night with the kids! Thank You
Just now myself and another car waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through without any type of greeting or hold on one minute or anything like that. We had to back out of the drive-through because no one was offering any type of service just to drive by and see all the workers sitting there talking to each other.
I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for the last eight years on and off hoping they would get better never seems to happen. I waited to get the Krabby Patty and was totally disappointed. It was like a wrinkled soggy mess, no lettuce, one tiny little tomato. Absolute pathetic hamburger. Whoever runs this place ought to be ashamed of themselves. To top it all off, I paid over $10 for crap! I will not go there no more.
Rude staff. kicked teenagers out, when that’s literally all their business. they only allow kids to come in an order food… but THEY CANT EVEN EAT IT INSIDE so they sit on the curb & eat their food outside on the ground. crazy. worst wendy’s ever. they also let a few kids get cursed out by an adult. shut this place down. terrible staff & business in general. do better & let the kids be able to eat their food inside.
HOW IS THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN...?!?! There was no one in the drive thru and no one in the dining room it was today 11/15/24 at 1015am I walked in and waited 10min twice a lady told me she will be right with you..that person did nothing but talk on her cell phone and walk around...after after 10mins I walked out.. avoid this location at all cost ..nothing but heartburn without even eating the food..
I love their $6 meal there is plenty to share with my dog Charlie. The servers could use an employee refresher. As nice as they are they confuse easily.
Service was the worst, all the help stood around talking and laughing while one little old lady was doing all the work. Fries were cold and tasted like the grease hasn’t been changed in a month. The burger was ok. Need to hire better management. I won’t be going back.
The experience as a whole was very bad. The customer service was very unprofessional from the person not listening to exactly what I have ordered at the drive thru to not getting everything that I had ordered and had to wait another fifteen minutes just to give me the rest of my order. I will NEVER drive here again and the sad part is it's just two minutes from my job.
