They messed up our whole order. We ordered cheese baconators, and they came with no cheese or any bacon at all, no ketchup or anything else. They were all supposed to be all large. We got one large dink and 3 medium and 4 small fries. One was a ghost pepper sandwich, and it was just a bun and a piece of chicken and nothing else. I love Wendy's ❤️ and this was the worst I ever had.
Insanely slow service. Approaching 10 minutes to get lunch. Woman came in after we did. Ordered similar items. She was served before we were.
They do not put out straws, napkins, catsup. When I asked why, I was told "boss says not to".
Food was excellent. I would rate "0" for service if I could.
I understand it's a fast food and maybe expectations should be lowered. However, the lack of care to orders should be noted. A customer placed an order and the workers just gave it to the wrong delivery person. They didn't seem to care and half apologized for their mistake.
The staff in the drive-through, etc, appeared all over the place. They didn't seem organized. I ordered 2 meals, and they attempted to give us 1 drink. They had to be informed it was 2 drinks. The food was good. I'm not sure if the stuff in my drink were seeds from the strawberry lemonade or dirt from melted ice. Once the ice melted, I was able to see what looked like brown sand. I'm not sure if it was dirt or lemon or strawberry seeds.
These guys are near my home. The employees are so nice to me and my son. The dining room was just remodeled and looks fantastic. This particular Wendy's is accurate, efficient and friendly.
This has to be the worst Wendy's ever. Forced to order from the kiosk cause no one wants to speak to you. I waited 20 minutes before asking if someone was making my order. They then started to prepare my order. The table was so sticky that I had to pry my elbows off it. My wife, my daughter, and I ate standing up to avoid the awful, disgusting seats that looked like they had human feces on them. If you care about your or your loved ones' health or if you value Customer Service, stay far away from this place. I rather eat dinner at Rikers Island
Had to wait 30 mins to finally pay for my order. The system wasn't working, and then they had my food sitting on the counter while I was waiting to pay. The manager wanted to give me the food that was sitting on the counter 20 mins. I told her I didn't want the food that had been sitting there, and they dumped it back and mixed it with hot fries and nuggets, then gave it to me. I then asked to speak to someone higher than her, and she said she at the mall. I then asked for a refund, and that was a whole different process worst Wendy's ever
good food but missing items (4pc nuggets in the biggie bag). tried to use a coupon in the drive thru but the cashier kept telling me the total (coupon was for free nuggets). had to get someone else to scan it and pull over to the side since we held up the line.
