You know what The food at this Wendy's is just as good as any other Wendy's except it tastes like the people who made it actually give a dang about their work. The staff and the people is what makes a good business. And this location they've got some great people working at it. Great job Wendy's location #876-5309
I went here on 12/16/2024 at 2:05 PM. AMAZING customer service at the drive-thru. It's like they were all happy to be there. Some of their motivation rubbed off on ME! It put me in a good mood. Whatever happened to make them feel so good, keep doing it.
I thought I was gonna have a good experience but no. They put my 30 counts spicy nuggets in the bag as three spicy nuggets on top of regular nuggets????????? Like why did you do that lmfao! They legitimately put 7 normal nuggets in each container, but put 3 spicy ones on top of each girl bye be better

My wife and I were traveling this past Sunday evening through Laurinburg. We stopped for a quick meal at this location. We were greeted by Aaliyah McCoy at the order counter. What a gracious, prompt and courteous young lady! In explaining dining choices, she went above and beyond to discuss various options we could choose. I was immediately impressed by her personality and desire to serve us with 100% of her attention. There are employees and there are SUPERSTAR employees, she falls in the latter category! Such an asset to this Wendy's location! Our meal orders were correct, hot, delicious and the service at least a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10... Thank-you Aaliyah! Sincerely, Tom and Helen
The only good thing about the visit was the gentleman working the register that had on glasses. He is an awesome employee but it’s Friday night at 8:00 and the lady locks the door to the dining room and starts hollering who was unlocking her doors. The restaurant is absolutely filthy. Do not come to this Wendy’s … we will never come back.
I started using Wendy's app I get rewards and great offers each time. And food is always correct when I use the app for some reason. But food is always good and hot.
Food was dry, I ordered 2 stack baconator ,I got 2 very dry patties, bacon ,cheese and nothing else. Dry cold burger, hard cold bacon no pickles, sauce or mayonnaise, just meat. Cold fries!! Workers were changing shifts apparently so I will allow that,but 2 workers stood infront of the counter holding money drawers talking for 10 minutes trying to decide who was to count the money . Someone came front the back so then there was 3 standing there. NO ONE acknowledged us,, long line waiting to order. It would have made the wait more palatable if someone would have said, "sorry for your wait, we're changing shifts".There was a long wait for the food, which as I said, was cold. The counter for condiments, straws was a mess. There were 2 straws in the holder,and the napkins were out of their holder on the counter, none in the holder. Tables were dirty, no paper towels in restroom. All in all the worse experience I've had in a Wendy's.
