The food is so bad. Everytime I order from this location. They always messed up your food or the food is spoiled. Their cheese is always BAD . It happened too many times that their cheese is super SOUR. And they never fix the issue
This was a quick burger stop for us. The burgers were very tasty. Inside was clean, and well stocked with condiments. The food was prepared quickly and came out hot.
I stood and waited to order as 4 employees walked by and didn't even acknowledge or say "I'll be with you in a minute". Finally ordered a very easy order of nuggets, fries and 1 Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. I waited 14 minutes to get my food. Midway through the 14 minutes a lady asked to see my receipt to see what I ordered. They were so focused on door dash orders that the customers in the restaurant got neglected. The soda machine was not working but that wasn't made known until after the order was done. The burger is smaller than I've ever seen it and cost more than $2.50 when it used to be $.99. The nuggets and fries and frosty tasted good but at lunch time should be made and ready to serve at a fast food restaurant in less than 5 minutes. While I waited for my food at the counter, not one worker asked if I had been helped or if I was waiting on anything. Overall it was a waste of our time and we will choose other options with our 3 kids who love Wendy's.
Now it’s became our family weekend family breakfast place . Only place who serves homestyle potato fries for breakfast . Wendy’s is the only place which has chicken menu . It’s budget friendly. For $10 to $18 a total family of 4 .
I’ve given this location a lot of chances, but I’m officially done. Everything you read about having to wait only for them to get the order wrong, or for it to come out at all is true.
I’ve been here once only to be told they never got my online order and therefore could not make my food. Despite me using a receipt with the correct location on it. After my kids and I waited 30 minutes.
I’ve been here and made to wait in overflow parking, only to be given food that was cold.
And yesterday I ordered a hamburger for my son that has a lactose sensitivity, only to be given a cold cheeseburger. :-(
if you are craving Wendy's try to wait until the new one opens, otherwise go to Sonic!
Good Wendy's location. Food has ways been good. Drive through system works well. I have always received the correct order. Friendly staff. I love the #8 Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger Combo. When you go out the main exit you cannot turn left on East Market Street. I typically have to ask the drive through person if I have everything. I would like it if once the drive through finished giving me my entire order if they said something like: "Thank you, have a nice day."
June 19, 2023: they were out of coke today.
Service at this location is always really slow, no matter how busy they are or what time it is. Even when I order ahead, my food is never ready so I’m always asked to wait in the overflow parking after also waiting in the drive through for several minutes.
Some of the staff also don’t speak English very well which makes it hard to communicate. At my visit tonight, the cashier asked for my name three times and still handed me the wrong order before asking me to pull forward and wait. Really annoying and unsanitary for whoever ordered food that’s now being passed around to multiple people.
I know it’s just a fast food place but the service is so consistently bad that after 4-5 of the same subpar experience, I figured I’d write a review while I continue to wait for my food to come out- smh.
Update: it took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food. I ended up coming inside to wait because waiting outside in a dark parking lot also doesn’t feel super safe. Really unacceptable all around.
Couple of bad experiences with this place but had a good one last time 2 weeks ago. And because of that one good experience i decided to order again Today and its a bad one. The crispy chicken was tough and chewy, almost as if it was re coocked over and over. Very disappointed, please cook or fry fresh.
To the owner and wendys franchise, you guys are losing customers! Never eating here again...
