Ordered 2 kids meal. Get home to give to my babies and guess what we find out... They gave me spicy nuggets with a kids meal!! If I didn't notice that they were abnormally red I would have given them to my kids to eat absolutely ridiculous.
Found cricket leg in my fries. They need to clean better and have more visits from pest control. You can hear the crickets in the kitchen. This needs to be fixed. If you have crickets they should never end up in the food in the customers plate. Not acceptable. ????

I paid $11 for old salad. $25 for uber eats fees
The guy Angel could barely take my order, the restaurant was filthy and the soda machine smelled like vomit. It was just so disgusting.
Ordered large fries and received some fries that were cold, greasy, and I know they had been up there for more than 30 minutes... I tried to call but no answer...... Highly displeased with this service tonight
Worst customer service I have dealt with! My wife picked up 2 bacon double stack biggie bags and found out they were chicken sandwiches when she got them home. She called the manager to see about a replacement and the manager Latonya complained about a lack of staff, said that if we came back that they would remake the order, then rudely hung up. My wife was too tired to go back so she sent me. I get there at the counter and told the employee there the situation and asked for the manager. The employee went to get her and she told him (I heard the exchange) that she was on the phone with a woman, not a man. I tried to get her attention but was ignored multiple times. The employee was very apologetic and helpful (his name is Austin). Needless to say I never got my food remade. Latonya is a terrible manager and employee and I will not be returning to this Wendy's as long as she employeed there.
I am beyond upset with this establishment. I just had a baby, And I had friends gift me DoorDash for having a new baby. I ordered my meal and went through the drive-thru to pick it up because I have my newborn with me and my 20-month-old with me. But I was told I had to come inside the establishment to grab my food. I mentioned to the person who was at the box that I had my kids with me and they did not care and gave me attitude and said they could not pass my food through the window. What a joke. I am not a delivery driver I am a person who was gifted doordash and I am picking up my own order. I will never be back here.
Grease was old. The manager was not helping a brand new employee with the register. Bathroom was dirty. Most Wendy's are fine however this one is not one I'm welling to revisit.
