Employees including managers smoking right at the entrance. Cigarette smoke gives me massive headaches. There are also laws about how far from the entrance one can smoke, and it's more than half a foot. I won't eat there. Even if there's no one smoking there when I arrive, can't say they won't be there when I try to leave, or that the smoke won't come inside when the door opens. Went to Freddy's instead. Another restaurant on my do not go list. There are plenty of other options.
Ordered a burger,10 piece nugget and large fries. After paying was told to wait in the mobile order spot. Waited for a bit which is not a big deal. Got the bag and drove back to work and they forgot the burger. There goes seven bucks
Sometimes all you need in life is some quality chicken nuggets and fries with a drink. Doesn't matter the sauce if the chicken nuggets are just that good and trust me, they're good

Inside the store, everywhere so clean and tidy up. One of woman keep clean and sanitized every tables and chairs which is very nice. The restroom was also clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful during our visited. I was satisfied with their hospitality The food was so delicious! I ordered the salad. All ingredients were very fresh. I usually ordered a Burger, but I choose to the salad first time today. It was so good. I will order again and I will visit this shop.! Only one that I want to complain about the female employee didn't wash her hand after she used the restroom. Please, wash your hands.
$12 for the Krabby Patty meal. No excuse for that. That isn’t a normal price for this meal compared to other Wendy’s. Enjoy your 1 star.
The man who took our order made sure everything was correct, especially important for my gluten-free kids. The food was enjoyed. Clean and bright environment.
If I could give half a star I would. We love Wendy's but not this location. Just nasty! We have visited here several times in 3 wks. Each time it's filthy, service is awful and yet again had to have order remade because they don't listen. Inside 3 of 4 visits each time it's been really dirty overall and tables aren't clean. The employees kids are here everytime usually barefoot, kids monopolize drink machine just playing, employees don't wash after picking up trash or coming from bathroom. Won't return! Contacted Wendy's and no resolution. 22 minute wait on french fries also!
Always love Wendy’s they have great deals clean restaurant good service. And thank you thank you thank you for having your lobby open for people to come in and eat
