Have always had good experiences with this location in the past. This time everything seemed fine till I got home and found fruit flies in my drink.
This has been my worst experience at a Wendy's ever. I got a biggie bag and all of my food was over cooked and old. I called the location and the manager, Maria, was very rude. She tried telling me that the food couldn't be old because she's the manager. When I asked her if I could bring the food back after my work shift, she hung up the phone on me. When I called again to get an answer, no one answered: I assume they either blocked or just ignored calls from my number.
The guy who works the drive-thru Halloween night around 1:30 in the morning I've seen him before he's kind of a mean or just not friendly. We'll just hand you your food even when you say something it'll just give you a weird look like he is pissed off that he's handing you food that you ordered. It's like you'll say thank you and he'll just stare at you or you'll say hello and get nothing back just a weird vibe
Wendy's food is Wendy's food, usually pretty good. Service was terrible, Waited in line for 15 minutes nobody ever took my order or the people in front of us, so we left this time.
Ladies at drive thru nice, but strawberry "Fresh" salad definitely not fresh as the chicken was hard. They also forgot the bacon.
I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt mutiple times since it is the closest location near my home but each time I go back I run into bad or terrible customer service. Every time I go I use my app to earn points or sometimes even redeem my points for free items & apparently this irritates the staff for some odd reason. They only care about their service times they don’t care about the paying customers satisfaction, they will scan your code & lie & say it didn’t go through for items. Todays issue was the heavy set guy with glasses attitude, there was a young lady on the window she seems to be new & training or something but her attitude is nasty too she got visibly annoyed & gave me a very nasty look because she forgot my boo book that I had purchased for my niece. They were supposed to scan my code so that I could collect points for todays purchase & the guy with the glasses lied like they did when they didn’t.
Horrible service took 20 Minutes to get food. The guy said that he was the only one working but there were 5 other people don't go here if you want your food hot and quickly.
Had the greasiest sausage muffin I've ever seen there. It was just dripping off the muffin. Had to throw most of it out. The potatoes were fine though.
