Best WLM Reviews
the worst Wendy's in town. It's hard to even believe they did this. Just opened my lunch to this nice surprise. A large fry. Almost $4. Not even half full.
Add this to many instances of cold food, poorly cooked potatoes, not having menu items available, less tasty food than other Wendy's restaurants, etc. A glance at this page of reviews makes it clear that no one at this establishment cares at all about its proper function nor about the experiences people have there. Avoid this restaurant.

The past few times I've been something in my orders has not be correct. Seems like there's some lack of communication whether it be with the drive thru mic or the staff I'm not sure but for the most part food is still good and most of my order is correct.
This was mine and my friends second stop of 3 trying to buy the Crabby Patty so we could try it. This took place at roughly 8:45PM on 10/12/24.
My friend and I pulled up and walked inside. We stepped up to the counter and was greeted by a guy who was running the fryers, who looked like he couldn't keep his eyes open. He asked us if we wanted to order, and my friend said "We just want the Crabby Patty meal." While they were talking I was distracted by someone talking loudly in the lady's restroom. So loudly in fact, that I was able to hear her say "I don't have a gun or pepper spray or anything." Turns out she was an employee who had just clocked out.
Finally, someone (the manager?) came to the front and asked if we were Doordash. She then tried to log into the register, but couldn't since someone was already logged in. She said she'd have to ring us up on the back register, like I'd let my debit card out of sight. My friend and I decided to try somewhere else and left.
Went to location July 28 at 1239. No cars in line. They had us pull over to the wait spot for 20 minutes. When they brought out the one meal we ordered it was completely wrong. When I told the employee with black hair they didn’t say sorry or say anything. The bigger lady Patricia was zero help as well. When she brought out the right order it was cold and stale, still no sorry for the wait or messing up. I get it’s fast food but cmon yall got one job doing fast food. Lactation is down the drain
The lady working the window today was definitely ignorant and has no customer service skills. I don't have a clue as to why she was taking orders to begin with. Your the one that messed up on a order that had 2 separate checks. Then when i try to explaine the situation nicely too you, you wanna get frustrated. I even said thank you too you and your response was "YEP" with a attitude.
Don't take it out on the customer. Just cause your having a crappy day. Mrs.Mckenzie...
This Wendy's is always great. They haven't once gotten my order wrong and the food is fresh. I actually like that the restaurant hasn't been updated to the newer look. This one still looks like Wendy's did in the late 90's and early 2000's
Ordered double cheeseburger combo meal through the drive thru. When I got home I found it was a single. I tried to call to resolve and the line was busy for 1/2 hour. She even repeated the order to me before I paid. I won't be going back to this location. The food was barely warm and I only live five minutes away
