As far as Wendy’s goes, this is one of the better ones! I stop by weekly or so and am known as a “regular”, for better or worse! I use the app and have been getting the free six piece nuggets on Wednesdays for a few months now. My favorite sauce is the spicy ghost pepper, I always ask for an extra cup of that. Unfortunately, it gets mixed up with the ghost pepper ranch.
The staff here is pretty friendly too, more so than some other locations. And it’s always clean and tidy inside when I do decide to eat in!
Honestly a pretty mediocre experience here as I made a pit stop on the drive home. Order dine-in through mobile and it was made to go. Sweet Tea tasted like it had been sitting in the urn for days, even the color was off. Fries were lukewarm at best and to top it all off they don’t have ANY ketchup in the store. Not sure if that’s a supply issue or a management ordering issue. Staff wasn’t rude or disrespectful but the vibe of the store just wasn’t there.
I'm so disappointed. I rarely eat out because I'm cheap and I'm afraid employees will do something to my food, but I was hungry today. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, so I went in. HUGE mistake. I stood there for 8 minutes, then they realized they'd deleted my order instead of making it.
I get home, only to find they gave me the wrong stuff. Of course they didn't give me a receipt, so I'm screwed. The spicy chicken sandwich I didn't order but paid $6 for is in the trash. I'm so tired of hearing about how they don't get paid enough but they can't do something as simple as match words on a screen to the food they're making. I promise, you get paid what you're worth. Actually, you might get paid MORE than you're worth.
I sat here for a while and no o e has come to clean the lobby. A family left earlier and there was a glob of ice cream on the floor. Still melting onto the carpet. There is also trash and some tables dirty where no one cleaned them. The womens bathroom is dirty. One stall had a wet and slippery floor and the toilet paper dispenser was broken. There was blood on the walls as well.
My wife and I stopped at Wendy's on Peter's Creek Parkway. They were not really busy at the time we stopped in. The lady that waited n us was very friendly. My wife git the Taco Salad, and I got the Cobb Salad. I am on a keto lifestyle. I have to watch what I eat ns how much carbs and sugar are in things. To my surprise, the dressing was within my range of things I could have. The dressing was full fat. Their was nothing low calorie about this dressing. For me, that was great. Thank you, Wendy's . This salad was on par with most other fast food places. They even offered a senior drink. Thank you for that, Wendy's on Peter's Creek Parkway. Not all places do that. It was an honor to eat this Wendy's location.
Everything was good. The queso fries could have had more queso on it, but other than that, it was a very good experience. Best chili, as always. I'll definitely be back.
I came to this store on August 24, 2024 Saturday. I wanted to purchase 2 small frostys because I was soo hot and I needed to cool off. So after I ordered and drove up to purchase my order the cashier had what looked like to open wounds on each side of his face like he had just been in a fight and someone beat him up good. But, the wounds looked slightly opened and maybe leaking. I didn't say anything I just made my purchase and drove away. But, as I started to eat one of the frosty I started to feel sick on the stomach because what if some of his blood got into my frosty and God only knows what blood born illnesses I could have contracted from this simple exchange. I couldn't finish the frosty. I just ended up pouring the rest of it and the other out. It made me mad but when I saw him I should have just spoke up and told him I needed to speak with the supervisor. NO ONE should be serving food to customers with open wounds draining on their face and hands, this is a unsanitary issue and a health department issue.
So yesterday I ordered the Adams bundle you know for fun well big mistake it was missing half the items I ordered didn’t even get the churro fries like why advertise the bundle if you don’t get everything you pay for. Side note they don’t give you the cardboard crown as pictured either don’t bother coming here they just charge you a crap ton then don’t give you what you paid for.
