If they didn't require me to give a star. In order to submit the review, I would have put no stars at all the person taking my order obviously was new did not know simple answers. A simple questions, she never gave me my drinks. I had to pull forward and wait, there was nobody else in line, it wasn't even that busy, but I had to pull forward when they brought me my food. One of my kids meals was missing the French fries and they never brought me my drinks and because I'm busy. I forgot that they didn't give in my drinks and when I got home. I called to ask them to give me a refund. The manager so-called didn't give me a refund. Said that she couldn't. So I will be disputing the entire thirty four dollar bill that I paid for this horrible meal and I'll never go to wendy's again..
Unfortunately, this is a "Freeway Wendy's". They clearly survive on one-time customers passing through on the interstate and don't care if they ever come back. No restaurant could survive on repeat business by serving the low quality meal that they gave me here.
I got a Dave's Deluxe, my favorite Wendy's burger. Dave Thomas would be embarrassed that his name is on this abomination. The patties were rather dry but that's not uncommon. The complete failure was the unforgivable lack of garnish on the burger. A proper Dave's Deluxe is a garden burger crowned with bacon and cheese. This one had a single sliver of lettuce and a wispy slice of tomato. I didn't think there was any onion until I happened to notice the end of a piece sticking out after a bite.
There was nothing deluxe about this extremely disappointing burger.
Employees were kind and responsive. Unfortunately I startled a roach while getting my lid. That was suboptimal.
Rudest night manager I ever felt with. Was told by her after waiting 10 minutes to order that I would have to wait anyways because she had a lobby full of customers and only one sandwich maker. Maybe close your lobby like every other restaurant in town or higher more help. I've been in the professional business for 40 years and I've never been taught to the way I just got to talk to buy the night manager at this Wendy's Schwinn give me your name of course but you can bet I'll be calling tomorrow morning to speak with the general manager
I haven't eaten at this store for several months. I doubt I'll ever return. The food was good except the new cinnamon dessert. It was dry and stale. What bothered me the most was the employees. Very unfriendly to myself and other customers. I understand it's difficult to find decent employees, but this store should continue looking.
The food is good every time we stop, which is often due to our travels on I75 and using the superchargers near by. We were welcomed by Ailysa who was very kind and did an excellent job with our special order.

I went through the drive thru to pick up lunch for a young man who was helping me with a few chores around my house. The staff at the speaker immediately disclose that I was the fifth person at the drive through and there were ten people inside ahead of me, I utilized the time making a phone call, I was shocked that the 15 orders were completed in a relatively short amount of time, I placed an order for a double meal, and decided to get myself a baked potato (I'm a vegetarian) The potato was delicious my sixteen year old helper shared that his hamburger was one of the best he'd ever had, his usual fast food came from the one with the arch, he said that Wendy's cooked as good as his grandma. His grandma is my dear friend, I may not eat meat, but this young man gave yours the highest praise.
Refused service because they only had " "small meat" available and we're closing soon" this was 20 minutes before closing and as a diabetic it was a medical necessity to eat immediately. I ended up across the street at McDonald's where I got food poisoning and sent to the hospital for a week. Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food option but after this experience it's highly unlikely we'll ever return. This was late night on July 10th.
