One of the worst Wendys around. It was 1130 and they still didn't have the breakfast menu turned around. Didn't have any kids drinks for the happy meals, food all looked.like it.was.pevously cooked the day before and microwaved. My sandwich was for sure cooked maybe a day before cheese was burnt from obviously being microwaved. Will never go back and I live in this town.
Drive through service should be improved!! I made my order the included 2 large fries. They weren’t eatable. Soggy, lukewarm fries. I think they dump the crap fries to the drive through customers as 99% of them would not return! They are supposed to be guaranteeing fresh fries. Customers should not have to check the quality. The quality should ALWAYS be there!! Once again, ripped off by another Wendy’s. The girl working the window couldn’t shut it any faster either without a thank you etc.
Salad was decent, Pop machine worked well. Had to try 4-5 tables to find a clean one, there were 2 people in front of me and it took about 10 mins between waiting in line and getting my food. Would have been 4 stars if there had been more clean tables and 5 if the service was faster and friendlier.
Went through drive through for a mobile order. 13 minutes to get to the speaker, asked to wait, and a further 5 minutes after pulling around to get order. The burger I decided to eat quickly, and it was cold. I decided to wait until I got home to eat the rest, since it was apparently sitting the 20 minutes and cold anyway, and I wasn't about to sit another 20 just to get a burger that might have passed health code temps. Noticed upon getting home that the fries were also excluded. Nearly $20 and 20 minutes for cold and missing food and not a word of "sorry for the wait" or anything.
Also the Coke Zero is absolutely, 100%, the worst tasting thing I think I have ever tasted. Combined with the Diet Coke tasting wrong in exactly the same way at the Millersburg location, I'm not sure this is Wendy's fault but rather a fault of their fountain vendor.
Ya’lls phone not work or what? My chicken was extremely hard as if it was sitting in the window for hours asked for extra Tomatoes, there were zero on my sandwich. No bacon on the bacon classic. Spoke to a lady after calling 2 times for her to say any online mobile orders cannot be remade.. um excuse me ma'am we paid for that. And we have a receipt so why can’t they be remade? She hung up and did not pick up after I called another 2 more times. This location is a joke.
Not a good morning or even hello. This lovely lady was making salads and i guess she was mad that her only customers were interrupting her. I wasn’t ready to order so she just turned around and went back to her salads. No wonder it looked like a ghost town when i pulled in. No customer service whatsoever. You need to find a new job because it’s free to smile and say hi. Btw i walked out and didn’t order and went to the busy McDonald’s across the street!
Absolutely horrible! waited in line for 15 mins, finally got out and went inside with my wife and two kids and stood at the counter for ten minutes and no one even came to the register, we eventually walked out!
Stopped in this evening. Had to wait at 10 mins to just put in my order ( there was only 1 person in front of me waiting to order). Then it took over 10 mins to get my food.
The kid doing the French Frys was just standing there doing nothing.
To bad there is no negative stars.
I should have went to Burger King.
