Food was average fast food. Service was slow during lunch hour, place was a mess, dirty tables. Cashier messed up multiple orders including mine.
At the time of our visit, it was busy in the drive thru lane and inside. However, the wait was quick.
There were plenty of seats for those who wanted to eat inside. The wait to order may have been 10 minutes but getting the food out was less than two minutes.
Our food was hot and the fries were fresh out the basket. And the young man and runs gentlemen who created our meal were quite cordial.
I got the son of a baconator. I asked for no ketchup ex mayo. You know enough to just cover the lack of ketchup. WHAT IS THIS? Im so mad but theres no way this was done on accident someone was prob trying to be funny. This is sickening and unedible. If i could give negative stars i would. Never going 2 wendys again.
They were out of several soda selections, didn't seem concerned about it. There was only one cashier running the registers where there should have been 2 because the establishment was over flowing and people were having to wait long periods of time and several left before ordering because of it.
Went through the drive through a couple days ago and all you smelt was marijuana (like they were hot boxing the building type strong). The women who took the order was rude as hell! Then I get to the window all you heard was cussing f this and f that. I check the bag and the Oder was wrong so I walk inside….. there was a tea container leaking all over the counter, napkins all over the ground, no straws in the lobby at all (one of the things they forgot) the manager that asked what was wrong was rude and pretty much slammed her food she was eating on the counter. To avoid any problems I went to the bathroom and it was worse than their customer service! No toilet paper or paper towels so my child couldn’t even go to the bathroom. I go back out to get the food, and was still wrong! And again all you hear is cussing I look back and the skinny women with dark hair is the one yelling the f word and every cuss word in the book. But like I said the order was still wrong NEVER going back ever again! 0/10
Pretty pathetic that at 9 o’clock in the morning with nobody in your restaurant you have neither breakfast oatmeal bars or coffee.
Interesting way to serve breakfast. You lost our business, and Burger King across the street has coffee.
The food has improved in freshness and time of service was reasonable, although when I tried to use 2 coupons through the drive thru which were for 2 sandwiches and 1 kids meal it was over $20, I asked for the receipt but they said they were out of paper, I checked my card and it had pulled over $20 out. Very disappointed :(
We ordered through the drive thru. They didn't have strawberry lemonade available. The staff quickly offered all other flavors. I tried the blueberry mango and it was really good. I ordered a cheese potato and small chili. The potato had more cheese then I could consume and the chili was more liquid then other contents.
