So …. This has been an experience.
Manager is abrupt if not rude. He has zero customer service skills. I can handle that without complaining. However the food was terrible. The chili is very thick I think they scraped the bottom of the pot. And I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It was old probably made hours earlier and it was dried out very bad see the pictures
We was so hungry that we went ahead and ate but wow I won’t be back. And I advise you to think twice.
Went to the drive through I asked for a cup of water with the 3 Meals I ordered and she charged me for a larger Dr Pepper. I’ve worked at many restaurants and we never charge for water to top it off the manager at the window was so rude and had an attitude the whole time. This is why I choose to go to the other Wendy’s in romeoville this one sucks ! Don’t go here ugh
This Wendy's is trash! Literally waited 12 mins in drive thru for a breakfast sandwich and potato wedges. And I was the first in line. I just pulled away since I was un a hurry and never got my food. Horrible service!
Food is awful…afraid it has been in the danger zone too long!! Fries old and barely warm!!! Chicken sandwich hard and old… chili so thick you can’t call it chili …Health Department Needs to show up

NO COSTUMER SERVICE …..
Slow, constantly unable to have coffee or diet coke. 50/50 chance they will be open in the morning. 50/50 chance you won't have to wait 20 mins for a coffee. I ended up leaving without the food or coffee I paid for today after sitting for 18 minutes. They had the doors locked and the lady inside was ignoring me and the one other person waitinf. She just said pull forward and did not say it was going to be a 20+ minute wait. Better off going to a different Wendys in the area.
The night manager was awsome walked from a hotel and was in a bind ..she was very helpful and I enjoyed the burgers
The food is good, when they are open. Their sign says they open at 6:00 am, but in the last two weeks, I've tried to get breakfast there around 6:15 only to have no one there.
I ordered 8- PCs. jalapeño It was at ACquestion You could look up the outside but not so good in the inside. Also, the sign says” We’re hiring enthusiastic and have a great smile. Well, the drive thru clerk was just not feeling it! She gots the frown.
