if i ask for ketchup on my burger where its and on top of that they just want to be fast and where its the quality not everything its being fast i have when on night time and i never have that problem night shift are the best workers day shift they don’t know how to take care of the customers
I’m really disappointed with the service at this Wendy’s. They’ve been having a staff shortage, so instead of keeping the store open, they just close the dining area and leave the drive-thru running. This wouldn’t be an issue if they weren’t still accepting online orders, but it is— and now it’s a huge hassle. I’ve had problems trying to pick up my online order because the store is closed to walk-in customers. If you don’t have enough staff to run the restaurant, why not just close entirely until you can properly serve customers?
I come to this Wendy's often and always order seven 4for4's after my kids practice. It's never an issue. Tonight after waiting in line for over 15 minutes, I get to the speaker to order and I'm told to go inside. At this point there's NO ONE at the window. I ask why because I literally order this once a week through drive through and its never been an issue. Then I was told to hold on. I get it that everyone is short staffed but what's the difference? If I go inside you still have to make the same order. ????
Drive through line was ridiculous, out of the lot, blocking traffic on the road. I figured I side should be better. Wrong. Complete confusion and chaos, drink machine was empty of every flavor of beverage. Good was fresh though and once I received it I could eat and forget about the last 26 minutes attempting to get my "fast food"
I have never had my order right here, they will always get it wrong and when you come to them about the issue they will fight you to not fix it. They are greedy, rude, and always get my order wrong or have missing items. The management is crap and I really hope they fix whatever is going on in there. It’s unfortunate because I love Wendy’s but I can’t even go to this Wendy’s (and it’s less than a mile from my house)
If I could give you 0 I would. Racist disrespect thieves. My uber eats driver. Went back to get my order because they gave me the wrong order literally two fries. Missing a 50$ order so he was so nice and went back and the manager there who I know exactly who it was Yelled at him in front of everybody I was on speaker . And said she had nothing else to do with him that she gave him the right order. Even though she knew she did not. He showed her the order and she knew she was missing things yet she kept saying I gave u the right order. Leave. Call uber eats. Yelling at him. I willl never go there again and my kids loved going there. We will switch to a different location. Ridiculous people with no ethics no heart .
Wendy's food always hot and fresh. My issue was I paid for large fries and large frosty and was shorted big time. Frosty barely filled to top words on cup, roughly 1/2" from top and fries weren't even falling out of the large cardboard container. Not fair at all.
I’ve gone to this Wendy’s on 3 different occasions to take my son to grab dinner after he was done work usually around 8:30 pm and all 3 times we were told their systems were down! On one of those days we could hear the staff in the background laughing after they said the system was down, seems like they just didn’t want to serve us ???? so we just took our business elsewhere & haven’t been back since!
