What I like about the burgers here is the quality and freshness. The food always is comparable with other fast food companies but I feel that quality always takes the cake. The person that took my order was very helpful and friendly. The next window, where I picked up the food was not as friendly. I don’t appreciate an arm abruptly coming out of a window with a bag of food without looking at the customer or even acknowledging the customer.
They did not give good customer, snapped at my friend even though they didn't give out all the items in the order. Food wasn't the greatest when they really put the cherry on top is when they completely stopped taking orders because their staff was being "overwhelmed" when 2 cooks were just standing there.
Recently went to this Wendy's and they did not give me all the fries I ordered. I also asked for a frosty to replace my drink in my combo but they said they were unable to do that, even though the app allows it.
When I am out for the day, I have lunch at a Wendy's in the area. Always a good reasonable price.
I really hope the store manager and district manager sees this because I never leave reviews but I have to say this Wendy’s has some of the nicest employees you will ever meet. A young lady assisted my mom and a few other people during our visit last night and she was such a kind and compassionate employee. Thank you for being so helpful and kind, we need more people like that in the world!
Went to get food inside, store was closed. Drive thru only, I supposed, but I wanted to sit and eat. Hours not posted correctly on websites. Left.
Good food -- I especially like the chili and frostie. This restaurant has updated decor and is usually very clean including restrooms.
I’m assuming it’s the lead since she was dressed different than the other employees is rude. She rolled her eyes when I ask for sauce she told the cashier “charge her for sauce”, since when do they charge for sauce. 4 sauces for $2 and some change is absolutely ridiculous. I moved within the area. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Next time don’t fill my fries half way and maybe start changing your oil more often.
