Went through at about 10pm on 12/8/24. After putting our order in and paying, we were asked to pull up so they could make fresh fries (there was no one else there) after waiting for about 10 minutes we were brought a bag of food. Before pulling off, we realized we were missing some of our order. We attempted to get someone's attention via the window, but we were forced to pull all the way around to go to the speaker box again. After we were finally given all our food and drove away, we began to eat. The fresh fries we had been asked to wait on were soggy and cold and the sandwiches were barely warm, to the point that the cheese didn't even think about melting , it looked like it was fresh out of the refrigerator. Overall, I am very disappointed in this experience as Wendy's is not cheap fast food these days. I would not recommend this location in the future.
So i came thr9ugh Friday and they messed my order up. 0 items correct. The manager told me I could come back through today, Monday. I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes. No one would answer. Pulled up to the window, the girl looked at me 3 times before finally coming to take my order. Immediately told me to pull forward. 0 other cars in drive through. Waited 12 minutes. They never brought my food. I had to pull out become I was at this point nearly 20 minutes at the store. Another car never even showed up. Me, alone in the parking lot, for 20 minutes. They had already been open for an hour so it's not even like they just got there. Worst service ever.
We ordered our meal in the app and went to pick up at this location. Upon getting to drive thru was told to pull forward to wait because our order was not ready yet. We waited a very long time at least 15 if not 20 mins. After getting our food I told my husband to double check the order and found we was missing a sandwich . He went inside and they gave him the sandwich and a free frosty for the trouble which was nice, but by the time we left we had to have been there 25 mins and the food we got to take home was cold.
Stopped on the way to Columbus. The order was missing items, and the chili was watery with less meat or beans than usual. The staff was friendly, but we didn't have time to turn around and get our missing items.
35 minutes for 3 small French fries. The cashier in side was clueless and spent 5 minutes between taking orders at the front of the house. Line formed in front of house and at least 10 people left because of how long it too. Employees were wearing unprofessional attire like sweatshirts and there hair was down don’t want to imagine how much hair is in peoples food
Wait was way too long ..the biscuits and gravy was Luke warm and very stingy with the gravy. The coffee was barely warm. I should have read reviews before I stopped in, I wouldn't have wasted my money and time
Best hamburger I ve had in really long time.. Meat was fresh and hot garden on it was fresh and crisp...fires. Was hot and not over cooked.. Very nice staff nice smiling faces????
We stop by this Wendy's on our way to and from Columbus a few times a year. We have always had good service and hot food. Spicy chicken sandwiches are our favorite!
