Cheap stance by management will drive away customers. Fix your parking lot there shouldn't be potholes from a 3rd world country. Won't do coffee refills anymore. I was told it was a "premium beverage" by management. I'm not sure why their customer service has gone down the drain. I've had refills on my morning coffee for years without issues.
I ordered the chicken ranch wrap and it was gross. Chicken was dried out and the wrap was torn when I open the wrapper.
I get my breakfast at this store every day same time same food, bacon burrito and an oatmeal bar and en sweet tea two weeks three times. I have to go back because I’m giving sausage. How do you not understand bacon and sausage they’re two different words they don’t sound alike, it’s not it come on people give us what we want. What we order. I’m gonna give you one more time if it happens again I am done. I will never be back.
Card reader is continuously down…it’s 2024 and it’s down at least 3 times a week for hours at a time. This time I was able to order fine and the service was so slow that the card reader stopped working while I WAITED for 30 minutes just to be told oh well. The could’ve just gave me my 5 dollars worth of food for waiting because they we slow. Absolutely ridiculous. I will gladly drive to buckhorn Wendy’s from here on out to avoid this ridiculous situation every again.
This place is just awful, which is a real shame. It used to be great. Most of the time the credit card machine isn't working so you waste a trip if you don't carry much cash. If you do have cash you will wait 20 minutes for overcooked food with burnt bits all over it and undercooked fries. Just avoid this place and save yourself some frustration. This review is based off several stops, but this was my last one.
Every. Single. Order I’ve ever purchased from this location has had something incorrect or missing. This is not an exaggeration, this is a fact. A few months ago, I even spoke with the manager because I was really disgusted. I don’t visit this location often but on the rare occasion when I choose to stop to pick up something quickly, I am most always disappointed. This time, the burgers were COLD. Cold like they had been in an actual refrigerator. No straws for drinks, no spoons for chili, fries that tasted like they were cooked in old oil. It was revolting! $30 down in the garbage! GET IT TOGETHER! I won’t be back, and hopefully anyone reading this won’t go and waste their money either.
Just paid 18.00 for two "new" Taco Salads that, aside from not being very good, are also about 30 percent smaller than the old one. I'm sick and tired of paying more for less at these crappy fast food joints.
Whole place is nasty, bathrooms were sticky and toilet was clogged. Workers were super quiet and we didn’t get our food for a while because when she announced it she basically whispered.
