I ordered a big bacon classic meal. Large. A biggie meal and 2 jr bacons.
I don’t honestly know what type of celery/lettuce bar they laid on this thing because it's not a burger. My order in total was over 30 dollars. I had to go back around because the fries to top it off were ice cold. 20 dollars an hour for this? How do I order a bacon burger then get no bacon instead it’s filled with mayo. Ridiculous.
Don’t get me wrong. Service is 5 stars and cleanliness of the restaurant is 5 stars. The food was nice and hot and they made it quick too. If you like Wendy’s this location does it well, but this is one of those classic cases where some people just don’t really like the taste. The burger to me was a little tasteless just because of the lettuce, i just felt like I was tasting lettuce. The grilled chicken sandwhich was the same case, and it was a little bit weirder in texture to me. The crispy chicken sandwhich my brother had looked more appetizing and more traditional. The saving grace of this meal was the pretzel bacon pub burger, which is a hefty price, but it has a lot of character and the beer cheese sauce is really good. The bun is also great aswell. The pub fries are also pretty good, but the frosty was a little lack luster because it’s just ice cream in a cup. Would I recommend this place to people who love Wendy’s? Absolutely, but you can’t please everyone and that’s okay. Wendy’s is just not for me, but with the fantastic service. I can see why people come back.
Our visit was pleasantly nice. Helen provided great service which was the highlight of the experience. The food tasted fresh. There were plenty of seating and it was cozy! The condiment station was clean and stocked. The location was not busy and service was fast.
Came here this morning for breakfast. I ordered a bacon & Swiss breakfast sandwich. We I received my food I noticed that they didn't put cheese on it. I took it back and within 20 seconds they had my sandwich back to me. I go back to my table and open it up. They put a cold price of American cheese on there. I take it back and showed them that this is not Swiss cheese. I realize that the IQ level of these workers is not very high but I figured since they are now paying their workers $20.00 an hour that they would know the difference between Swiss and American cheese. It's sad that 20 bucks an hour and they can't hire decent people. I can see now why they will all be replaced with Robots someday.
Door dashed 7 items and only received 3. Receipt was correct bag was taped closed. Store doesn’t answer phone. Zero pride in doing their job. This is the third door dash order that’s has been wrong.
Food is always amazing. I used to go to this location when I was a teenager with all my friends 20 years ago, it's the only one I go to these days (I don't really eat fast food anymore). It brings back memories. The service could use some help but unfortunately with the minimum pay raise, they are understaffed and overworked. And the inside itsnt what it used to be but it still isn't bad.
So the Krabby Patty had no crab.. ???? It was an okay beef burger and the sauce was okay. Not what I expected, the pineapple slushie was good. It didn't save the meal though, not sure if I'd call it a Krabby Patty though.. seems like a good opportunity was missed to really get into a successful SpongeBob and Wendy's collab.
The food is good, but this is one of the dirtiest fast food places I'm been to in a couple of months, and it was NOT busy and behind the counter was so disgusting.
