Good place to eat quick. Just did a nice remodel job. Some great employees. I don't know how they keep a smile on their face with some of the problem people that come thru the door. But a big thank you to the great employees that get it done there.
the food is great, but they don't bother telling anybody if they close outside their normal business hours. took 25 minutes to find out my Uber Eats order wasn't coming because they didn't even bother to tell them
$1.00 special frosty good. Customer service terrible. $1.00 frosty turned into a nightmare for me, fell in their parking lot and AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM OR CORPORATE in 2 WEEKS. I filled an incident report right away, and the employees didn't even know how to fill one out or even admitted first aid. So.. Avoid 10th Ave, Lake Worth Beach location!
I don't know why this Wendy stays open. Apparently they cannot afford meat or beans for their chili. but they can afford to give you 4 or 5 packs of crackers when you only need one pack. Asked for a Burger with no mayonnaise. It had Mayonnaise slopped all over it. I guess they can't afford mustard either because they do not have that as well
Terrible bathrooms, they are beyond filthy, same with they floors and windows of the restaurant, this has to be one of the most filthiest Wendy's restaurant establishments I have ever seen. I got a single frosty because I felt like I'd get food poisoning from how filthy this place was.
I went through the drive through and a Spanish woman took my order and told me to park around and completely forgot about me when I went inside to let them know. The black male manager just refunded me the money no sorry, no we’ll take care of it and refused to give me the receipt I guess not to make a formal complaint.
I will never visit this nasty location ever again I not only received a MICROWAVED POTATO which I asked for a Baked Potato and after getting to it I then discovered a ROTTEN POTATO wow lazy, disgusting employee’s and I should get the new’s cast involved, NEVER WILL I EVER VISIT AGAIN nor will I recommend this location to family or friends are you crazy would you allow your family or friends to eat this, thanks a lot Wendy’s 10th avenue
First time door dashing through the app said no mayo even said on the box he got and it had mayo. Then this time we ordered a medium coke with his combo and they didn’t give us that either the driver didn’t have it at all in the car expected better…
Now updating they just closed at 9:53 pm when it says they’re open until 2 am 06/11/24
