Am I easily impressed, or were these the hottest, crispiest, and most delicious fries I've had in years? Maybe I'm too used to receiving cooled down delivery food. Today, I went in and sat in the Wendy's. The food was fresh, hot, and impressive for fast food. Thanks, Wendy!
Literally feels like nobody wants to do their job here. I ask for two fries and get one and that happens consistently. I can never get fresh food it’s always warm never hot. Constantly gets my order wrong regardless of what it is.
Easily the slowest location I’ve been too, 8 at night with an average of 7-10 min window times is crazyyyy would have given 5 stars but speed needs to be worked on.
We dine in:
- The Sponge Bob "decor" was trashy.
- We had to tell the person taking our order what we wanted more than three times. She STILL got the order wrong. I would understand her getting the order wrong if there was a language barrier, alas, that was not the case.
- We ordered a small coffee and a large chocolate frosty. She switched that.
- We ordered Saucy Nuggs. She gave us a number 3 (Chicken Nuggets meal).
- We order a Pineapple Mango drink. We were given an empty cup to pour ourselves a fountain drink.
- We attempted to order the Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad. This Wendy's dose not have that on their menu.
- If the cashier doesn't like her job, she needs to get a new one. If she doesn't know the menu, she needs to be trained.
Just came through, food was ice cold only got 5 items and took them over 10 minutes. Forgot my sugar cookies as well. If they didn’t spend so much time laughing and joking maybe we would have the right food. Every time we come thru our food is messed up.
This used to be my go-to Wendy's location, but that was a different time. The decline of quality after Michelle was fired is obvious and frustrating. I get it's a sucky job but how does one mess up an order of just a fries and a frosty? Once is one thing, twice is one thing; EVERY SINGLE TIME unless I complain and get it fixed then there is something wrong, from incorrect sandwiches (asked for an asiago chicken sandwich with no tomato or lettuce, received a chicken sandwich with asiago, bacon, mayo?, and pickles?) to consistently cold fries. I don't know how specifically asked for "freshly" made fries can be served lukewarm other than the workers straight up lying to me. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I'm done. This Wendy's is awful, don't go to this one if it's an option for you. At least the one in Kings Mills can serve hot, correct food. Management looks to be in shambles, I feel bad for them but I'm tired of spending premium prices for embarrassingly poor quality. Wendy's used to be my favorite but I'm no longer willing to spend the money since I cannot even seem to receive a single good order
Its always hot, it's always made right. I was convinced Wendy's wasnt good anymore till I moved to this area. The team is great and they do a fantastic job!
Ordered the mushroom bacon cheeseburger, literally had one mushroom with no sauce and cold burger and very dry Fry’s half full and cold and I ate inside. Would never do Mc Donald’s but I guess I’m going back to Burger King as my go to place for fast food.
