Unfortunately the fryer was broken down and was not able to be filtered properly. Thus leaving large amounts of coal like blackened carbon particles coating the fries. I was simply disappointed to see the store manager still selling the fries. Pictures included. Sierra Vista, AZ. Do better…
I've given the Wendy's in Sierra Vista more chances than I can count, but every visit leaves me disappointed. Each time, the service is painfully slow, and getting an order made correctly feels like a rare occurrence rather than the standard. Recently, I watched another customer ask, "Do you guys have a microwave back there? Maybe you could zap this for a minute; it’s ice cold." That really says it all.
It’s clear there's little attention to quality here, and the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff just doesn't seem engaged, and I can’t understand why simple orders take so long. I’ll give them this: it's still a step above the Benson location, but that’s not saying much. If you're looking for fast food that’s actually fast, I’d go somewhere else.
The obsolete WORST meal I’ve ever had in my life. Every item was cold and had the texture of being cooked hours in advance. The soft drink area was a disaster, my order was incomplete. This place was close to empty inside and in the drive through so being busy is not an excuse. I will never set foot in this dump again!
5/2024 Went in at noon. We were 2nd in line. Young lady taking the order is new, she was a sweet girl. However, by the time we got to place our order there were 7 people behind us. The new person wasn't being assisted and had to go ask for help several times while we ordered. Food was ready quickly. However. the baked potatoes ordered with sour cream but none was with the order. I suggest don't leave a new hire on the register alone at noon. Otherwise the food was good.
1/2022. Tried the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant. Yummy! Also the Seasoned Potatoes which are like thin sliced potato wedges, they were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Unexpectedly nice breakfast! Restaurant was clean, bathrooms needed HELP. Service a little slow, they are trying to hire and as with much of America right now, people don't want to work.
Slowest "fast food" in town. Watch someone order and sit down to wait. One of her kids and husband wanted KFC. They walked over order and came back with food before their food was out here.
Once again I have come to expect the best and get it every time. My Cold Brew was spot on made by Tyler and my Apple pecan Salad was customi,ed to my liking. I was in the drive thru at 9:30am and back for salad at 12:30pm. The service was fast efficient and friendly.
Service was horrible I don't understand what is wrong with All the restaurants in this town it's like y'all don't see me. They ask the person in front of me if they've been helped they said ya. don't say crap to me. Then after 8 minutes I say excuse me. Then they are just a minute . Then 6 minutes later they take my order. Mean while there's someone just standing there and another leaning on the grill
The food is essentially trash you buy it, waste money. Take two bites throw it away and go somewhere else afterwards. The wait times are genuinely horrible. Up to 20 minutes before my order was even taken then another 15 for it to come out. The entire establishment needs to be torn down and removed from the face of the earth with the amount of wrong that comes out of it. There was no good redeeming quality or trait anywhere to be seen.
