Soooo, my Son used GrubHub or something to get an order of their BBQ SAUCY NUGGS delivered/plus fries and a drink ..... (It cost $24.96 incl., the delivery B.S. and such.)
The NUGGS were burnt or recooked or something.
I showed back up at the Wendy's and dealt with Miss Mariah (Brand new and lovely and polite. Asked me if I'd like a beverage. She sincerely apologize for the previous order.)
That's how great Customer Service works.
They replaced the chicken, son said they were amazingly tasty!!!
They get 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for no hassle and total respectful service!!!
I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's drive-thru. The staff member taking care of my order didn’t speak unless I initiated the conversation, no hello or hi just handed me my 2 orange juice bottles, and there was no “thank you” or “come back again” when they handed me my food. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any effort to make the interaction pleasant. A little friendliness and basic courtesy go a long way—this location could really improve on customer service.
The workers were the nicest people on earth. And I talk to about 2 workers. They even asked if I wanted ketchup or something so I did not have to ask. Plus it was fast service. I did not go inside the place but I imagine it's clean so give stars for that too. The food was great too.

3 years later.. same crap. Waited over 20 minutes for a carryout order placed on the app. Why have cubbys for carryout if the person needs to check in??

Waited in drive thru for almost 30 minutes after placing an order in the app.. map said less busy than usual. Got to the window and order still wasn't ready. Waited another 10 minutes for my order, and then it wasn't even correct. The burger was missing toppings and looks nothing like the photo. Then they say they're out of toppings and don't offer anything to make up for lack of customer service.
You can always get a great hamburger! Love their French fries.
Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about. I got here at 5:45 on a Monday night. Place was empty. Clean. Placed my order, no problems. Got my food in a few minutes. Everything was good.
This has got to be the WORST Wendy's in Las Vegas! The scooter in the pictures belongs to an employee. It is blocking the only handicap entrance into the building. Twice I've seen those using the ramp have to struggle to get in. The first time was a woman with a walker. Her husband had to help her around. The manager (another piece of work) was asked to have it moved, and she walked away from the couple. The second time was a wheelchair. The wife asked for it to be moved so they could get in, and again, the manager walked away. That couple left, unable to get inside the store. The gum chewing manager and her crew leave people standing in the lobby, sometimes up to a half hour, because "the drive-through is busy." If you can avoid this place, by all means, do so!
In all honesty Kiani made the visit. She was very energetic and happy for it being so early in the morning. I normally don’t leave reviews but she really made me want to write one. She seemed very on top of the orders and ensuring other patrons got what they needed in a timely manner and with great hospitality.
