Lady on the front line, obviously high on something with red glossy eyes just staring at you while the cashier is trying to not take your order due to incompetence. Watched the whole kitchen perform while finishing multiple orders and didn't even change gloves the whole time I was in there. While watching all this go down a man comes in with a messed up order, kitchen is a mess how much time you got
Made a quick stop on a road trip. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It took awhile to get since they had to make it fresh, but it was worth the wait and the employees were profusely apologetic. Definitely wasn’t a big deal, but it was nice that they cared!
When I ordered the lettuce wrapped chicken blt,instead of a bun....it consisted of 2 flimsy pieces of lettuce instead of what it should be. Buns are more expensive than lettuce. What it looked like with my fingers showing you vs. What it should look like. I was so hungry that i ate what little i had.You can do better!!
Edit...skip into May 2024.It has been a while since I've been back. I thought maybe the Amite location would have gotten better...not only is it worse,but you don't get what you order either. For people that make more per hour than someone with a college education,it would look like they would know how to put crackers and sour cream in a bag. And the difference between ranch and pomegranate vinegraitte. They do this every dang day. Geezus!!!! And all you get is attitude from start to finish. This one should just close down!! I only had a teaspoon of chicken on my Cobb salad at that. I'm so fed up! I'm guessing they can't do better!!
Arived after a 14 hour car ride to get dinner before going to the hotel. Placed our order and when we approached the window we were told to stop and wait. I was 5-7 feet from the window she stuck her head out the window and yelled something and told me to stop. I didnt understand so i pulled up. You could hear her screaming something from the kitchen pissed i pulled up to the window like a normal order. I was pulled up and waited 15 mins for food. The women broke every straw with our order and meat for hamburgers was undercooked and the bacon was RAW on my burger... everyone is now sick at our hotel... avoid this pleace at all costs.
Food was sub par even for fast food. The hey did t have half of what we originally ordered. The chili was rancid. The service was super slow. And there's mold and mildew all around the ceiling.

This was the absolute worst fast food I have ever gotten . Fries were hard and crunchy and probably cooked an hour ago. Chicken sandwich was stretchy. It was disgusting. 35.00 down the drain for my family. Thanks alot. Service was even worst that the food.
Very slow, no teamwork, make customers wait too long while they're trying to figure out whose order was whose
