I have tried 2 times in the last week or so to get a baked potato. They never have any. What is the issue. I will not go to this location again. I got my potatoes at Monroe Street near Detroit Ave Toledo.
I think the owner of this location needs to keep a better tab on his employees.
Fries were cold, baconator double had no bacon and for some reason no mayo. Bag also came with no straw. Food tasted decent either way but did not give me what I payed for
Very very rude you cannot get your order right because they act like your bugging them . There in a rush to get to the next customer . We have to wait ten minutes to get cold food. This is not acceptable. And the workers another thing wrong one is playing on there cell phone . The other hands the bags as quickly as possible we just had been handed three drinks in a flimsy cup container . Dave Thomas would be rolling in his grave because of stuff like this . And the they don't give you a receipt. And when you call they don't pick up the phone so you can tell them about what happen. Not worth the $40.00 we payed for cold food.
Woman at the counter was awesome. The l cooks are confused! I ordered a Dave's double sandwich, it had pickles on it. Dave's doubles do not have pickles. I ordered a baconator double combo and got a single regular cheese burger no bacon nothing that the baconator contains. I live to far away to come back for the correct order. I just know now to choose a different Wendy's. The only thing they got correct was the nuggets. But I didn't count them so who knows ????????♀️????????♀️
This was a horrible experience. Went to dine in, several workers milling about no one acknowledged me for what felt like 5 min, when she did she didn't greet me, say thank you nothing. This was for a drink only

Went thru the drive thru. It took 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Finally got my order, got home only 1 order of fries. Grandson wouldn't even eat hamburger. It fell apart as soon as he picked it up. I been thru a lot of drive thru and this was literally the WORST experience I have ever had. Employees were on their phones instead of customer service. Terrible.
How difficult can this job be?? I went to the location at Miracle Mile, ordered a chick wrap sandwich, large chili, large fry. I received no receipt, and no fries. Yet, I still paid for all three items. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Also, the girl on the speaker working the drive thru, talked SO QUIET that you could NOT hear ANYTHING that she said. I told her about this at the window, and STILL could not hear anything she said - can't people talk like other people are listening to them? This location is a complete joke. Don't expect a good experience if going to this location. Skip it and go to Burger King across the street.
Waited 45 minutes to finally get to the speaker when I got there I was told my already paid mobile order isn't on there screen. And was prompted to go in a parking spot. I asked how many supposed to know when my order is ready for me to come back through. And I was told I'm not trying to be mean but I have other orders to take care of . . I had to say can I come around to the window to show you what I have. And I got a big huffing said that's fine. Another gentleman did know what was happening and took care of me
