It all depends on the time of day....I guess, at 11 a.m., the crew is still offering service work a smile. It helps that I am friendly and I always say please, thank you, and have a good day.
The line was short. My order was prepared quickly and exactly like I ordered it. The beautiful people at both windows were amazing.

I have been to several really bad Wendy’s restaurants but this one gets the cake. First off, the girl at the front counter didn’t know what was on a sandwich and she didn’t care enough to ask anyone, she just said I don’t know and stared at us. 3/4 of the soda choices didn’t work, no ketchup in the dispenser and then it took them several minutes to find some packets. Cold fries and then the acted all disgusted out when we asked for hot fries. Sandwich was made wrong, they forgot half the ingredients… not a modified sandwich. Then it took several minutes to make the sandwich correctly and then the fries that they just gave us were now cold.
This was not a hard order. It was only for two people, and it was not modified. Straight off the menu.
You might want to consider retraining all of your employees, and if they don’t make the cut, get rid of them. The employees that are working there are hurting your business and the company brand nationally.
Came through the drive through tonight and the staff was AMAZING! Super friendly, very quick and accommodating plus the food was super fresh and correct. The happiest I've been with Wendy's in a long time
Went through the drive through and to avoid asking for a strange drink combination I opted to ask for a simple drink with the intention of stepping inside to prepare it myself. And when I did the staff acted as if I brought a cup in from outside to steal a beverage. Smh misunderstanding is one thing but rudeness is a totally different story. Not to mention you get inside select a drink start pouring and it's there then try again and the screen goes blank.
Fries weren't fresh. Frosty was melted... definitely won't return to this location. Don't take much to be nice, but you lost an office of customers cause word of mouth spread quickly...
Don’t bother ordering ahead. They don't pay attention to mobile orders. You'll sit in the heat waiting in your car for them to prepare your food that should have been ready in the 10 minutes it took you to drive to the location. I recommend going elsewhere or cooking at home if you're able. We were on vacation unfortunately.
Food always good. Service is slooooooooooow as peanut butter going up hill. . Employees are freakin morons. .
After waiting a good 10 minutes for our order in the drive-through line, it finally arrived, and it arrived very cold, and just look at this combo number six chicken sandwich like that is just sad. Thin, cold, sad looking sandwich. We also ordered two Dave’s doubles with cheese six piece nugget with fries total came to $35. Lol wack
The employees are more concerned with playing around then taking care of customers. The dine in casher can only handle one customer at a time from order to handing food. They are constantly out of something. This time it was sauces last visit no ice and most the sodas were out. The card reader has been malfunctioning for atleast a month.
